Twice a year, they serviced our heating and air system, took photos, and provided a detailed checklist. Their inspections also gave us a helpful estimate of how long our old system would last. During our most recent inspection, Leo, our Beaver technician, let us know that our system was nearing the end of its life. He offered to have a team member come out to discuss options for updating our existing system or replacing it with a new one. A few days later, Marlon, the Beaver systems specialist, arrived and took the time to explain the available system options, including the pros and cons of each. He also showed us detailed installation photos and explained the expected timeframe. We had a different company to inspect initially who said that the furnace was cracked and that a part needed to be replaced in the outdoor A/C unit which meant we needed request a whole new HVAC system for our soon-to-be home.
