They engaged with us and was super helpful since it was our first time trying this French brand and i am very impressed with the quality of each item. The feel of the fabric is just luxe. Prices are good, i think and they do have good sales. After we were done shopping, we were taking photos right outside the store and one of the staff saw us, he was prolly on his break on the phone but he was so sweet and asked us if we wanted him to take our photo. As we had told them, we've had some amazing interactions with the French people during our visit

Louboutins? Yes, please!…read more A few years ago, my husband suggested a luxurious wedding anniversary present on our second visit to Paris - Louboutins. And, I said yes . . . again. My first visit, I researched my trip to the store: on a weekday, and in early in the morning. My planning did not disappoint! A friendly, and very patient gentleman helped me select my quintessential pair in a classic Pigalle style. Oh how I love those beautiful nude heels! Last summer, I wanted to bring home another pair. Another present! However, this time, an influencer of some sort had commandeered the store for a photoshoot, and I was left waiting outside with a few other parties (but only for about 20 minutes). Nonetheless, the sales team inside this small store still treated me, an American, with the same respect, and attention as last time. So, which pair came home with me? A pair of pumps in a rich deep velvet. While this store is small, the staff is wonderful, and each visit has been a pleasure. If I find Louboutin calling to me in the future, "Sabrina, come back. It's time for another pair." I'll know where to return.

Tucked away down a small side street in Paris you will find Christian Louboutin's original…read moreboutique. There are actually two right next to each other with one being the men's store and the other the women's store. The men's store is fairly small inside. There is a somewhat gruff security guard at the door that will open it for you when they know you want to enter. There were two clerks working this day. One was occupied with other customers, so we browsed for a while. Once the other clerk realized we wanted to try something on he came over and assisted us graciously with good English skills. Though the store is small, they pack a lot of merchandise into it, so there's a good chance you'll find what you want. There was no problem finding what we wanted in the correct size. Once we decided, he arranged all the paperwork to complete the tax refund at the airport. The savings were exceptional compared to US prices. The total savings was about $200 versus buying the same item in the US. He arranged to have our purchase sent to our hotel by courier. Here's where the snafu occurred. It didn't show up by the next day. Our hotel concierge called the store several times, but there was no answer. So, we had no choice but to go back. There were no customers in the store, so I don't know why they weren't answering the phone. The clerk who sold us the shoes was there, and he apologized profusely. He said there had been riots the night before, so he had not sent the shoes for safety reasons. He apologized profusely and apologized for not calling us to advise us. I appreciated the apology, but I couldn't help but wonder what his plan B was since he didn't send the shoes or call us. Did he think we would just give up and forget about them? Haha. Anyway, he gave us the purchase to hand carry back to the hotel. I'm keeping this review at four stars since the cost saving is so amazing, and the product is exceptional. Also, the staff were very apologetic about their error. Definitely visit while you're in Paris and pick up a pair or two at an amazing savings!
