I took an Uber from my restaurant in Champs Élysées to this CL store only to find out that it was closed for renovations so for any of you trying to shop here this summer, I recommend calling first or going straight to the other location. I am giving this location a five star review because the door was open and there were associates inside of the store wrapping up boxes. They were very friendly to us and gave us great directions on how to get to the larger store, which I appreciated because that's where I was hoping to shop at to begin with. This seems to be the smaller store so for anyone trying to avoid a line to get in, this may be your best bet as the other location is very popular and the line can be very long depending on what time you go. read more

Nestled away on a small side street, the store is kind of hard to find. As you would expect, the store is stocked full but it's also very tiny. It was recently renovated so it's very chic and glamorous inside. Although I love the shoes, I find that the quality isn't as good as it's peers. These are shoes that are meant to be worn for a couple hours at a time. A whole day? Fuggedaboutit. Employees were very helpful and nice. I couldn't afford to actually buy anything but looking is free and they don't seem to mind random strays coming in from the street and ooohing wistfully over their wares. Louboutin shoes, with their trademark red sole, are as desirable as they come and if you are a shoe fan then this is just paradise on earth. My boss recently traveled to Paris and is a huge Louboutin customer. He and his wife were very excited to finally get a chance to shop at one of the original stores, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. He waited over an hour to get into the store (which was expected, not the reason of this review) and while in store tried on lots of shoes. He ended up leaving complete with 2 pairs of shoes and some accessories, spending several thousand dollars. He purchased the shoes for a specific event he was hosting for his company, and when he went to wear them, found that the store screwed up and sent him home with the wrong size! That is ridiculous that they did not double check to make sure the size was confirmed, especially for such a pricey shoe. When we went to customer service with this issue, they stated that an exchange was not possible due to slight wear on the sole. My question is; How can such a famous and expensive company mess up to such a great extent, and then refuse to simply swap the shoe for the correct size? Needless to say they probably will lose a great deal of business from us for a while. read more

HORRIBLE service and a RIP OFF. I flew to Paris with my wife on vacation and we decided to stop by the Christian Louboutin and the line was 2 hours to just walk into the store but my wife wanted to wait. OK, no problem... we spent almost 2 more hours shopping. We winded up spending over $4,000 Euros on 2 pairs of shoes, a wallet and a purse. Again, its all good. But we fly back to the US and we don't even open the boxes for a month. I am the CEO of a national company and conducted a workshop for Multi Million Dollar and Multi Billion dollar companies and I was planning to wear my new shoes for my event... I put them on, day of the event and they were the WRONG size! Sasha, my sales rep put the wrong size in the box! They were 1 size smaller!! And what is crazy is that I even asked Sasha to make sure that he put the right size at the counter, because we tried on numerous shoes with numerous sizes. Long story short, I was screwed for my event. So, I had to wear them for a few hours (until lunch time) on CARPET, NOT outside! As soon as my event was over... I contacted Christian Louboutin and they told me that I am BEAT! B/C it is over the 10 grace period, its not their policy! Are you serious??? My wife and I have spent over $15,000 with this company and to be treated like this is CRAZY! I was only looking for my RIGHT size! I was going to give their brand new shoes back in exchange for my right size!
