We've had our house professionally cleaned for years, it always seemed that the companies we used…read morehad done a decent job UNTIL I hired Bella Pulito. After just the first time they cleaned we saw very noticeable difference. From the attention to detail, the corners they got into, the questions they ask about what I wanted done, we could tell that every single thing in our home had been touched, moved, cleaned under, on top of, you name it. My old-school wooden kitchen floor had never, ever been so clean, I couldn't get used to walking on it and kept almost falling down - that's not a complaint, it was shiny and I think had been hand washed. Besides doing a great job ,they are courteous, appropriately priced, punctual and very nice young ladies. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning company, or who is not satisfied with the quality of their current service. You'll be astonished at what a really thorough clean looks like. I know I was!

T&R Janitorial serviced our facility for many years. The service provided early in the…read morerelationship was exceptional. Always on time, the facility well cleaned and the same employee each day for a long time. A couple years before the relationship ended we started to see a decline in service. Floors were not being cleaned. Dusting not being done. Bathrooms filthy. They struggle to retain employees so the owner filled in and would do the bare minimum. Her partner refused to follow safety rules and had verbal confrontations with the EHS, HR and Production Manager. Complaints to the owner were useless and no improvements were made. When asked to provide additional services we were told they would not be able to staff the request. The end of the near decade business relationship ended through an email from T&R. It was very unprofessional and abrupt. Thankfully, we were already in the bidding process and contracted with another service within two days. I don't recommend this service for all the reasons outlined.

I received a reasonable quote and based on other positive reviews - I went ahead and book service. My appointment was for 930am. At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon. She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).
