Then Samantha was put with a new untrained person (I'll call her UP). Their website claims "All Employees are Trained, Screened and Bonded". No, they are not trained. UP vacuumed but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING OR DO UNDER FURNITURE. UP dusted but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING. We called the office and complained to Trianphy (called Tree). Nothing was done to correct our home. Two weeks later the crew returned. When we asked if they were told of our complaint, they said they were not told. Again, UP cleaned in the same matter. After they left, we called and cancelled our service. Samantha is the only reason for the 3 stars.

Sophia arrived on time and worked non-stop until all our windows were cleaned and sparkly. She re-cleaned a large picture window because she was not satisfied with it the first time she cleaned it. I reached out to inquire about pricing for a deep "move out" clean as I am getting ready to list my…read moreparents home for sale. I received a reasonable quote and based on other positive reviews - I went ahead and book service. My appointment was for 930am. At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon. She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).

They stood me up twice and never actually came to clean my home…read more I planned ahead for my home to be cleaned days before an event. They lost my info and lied about it, so they ended up with only partial information. Then they missed my appointment with no advance notice, and never offered an apology or solution. However, they did beg and plead for me to give them another chance and offered bigger and bigger discounts. I gave them a second chance, but they stood me up again. They again begged for my patronage, but in the end they left me hanging for days for a response. Finally they told me they couldn't meet my deadline and that I should use another company. Their "200% satisfaction guaranteed" slogan is unclear in its application. I was not satisfied, and they told me to go elsewhere. TIP 1 of 2: Their appointments are a half hour, regardless of the tasks, and they intentionally allow their employees to be up to a half hour early or late to appointments (per fine print on website). Evidently, there's no extra charge if it takes longer than a half hour or even if it requires a second trip to your home. That's a positive if you have a big mess and a lot of free time! Conversely, your appointment may run way over time or may be skipped completely and without notice. TIP 2 of 2: If you have a deadline or important need for cleaning, use another company. If not, be prepared to spend a lot of time rescheduling and waiting for them, but also request discounts (in writing!) if/when they do mess up.
