He continues to call and text to ask for adding on extra charges. I agreed to the charges as long as the end result was done well. Was then asked a second time to charge me an addition $100 on top of the original quoted price. I ended paying $487 for two cars which took him a total of 4 hours. The end result was mediocre, noted that he only had a cellphone light. Would be helpful to equip your business with adequate lightning to inspect your work. One car still had dog slobber all over the back windows. If you are going to charge someone extra, please reflect that quality of work in your detailing. Edit: Owner calls and leave voicemail about my review. He does not agree that he needed to have a flashlight when there is one on his cellphone. I apologize, in the future I hope I can provide a more well lit space for this service. Owner offered to comeback and clean windows, however I have no desire of receive additional services from this company. Just please stop calling me.
