We called and were able to get in the next day! When we arrived we were greeted with welcoming faces and a relaxing vibe. They have many cool and trendy colors to choose from on top of the "basic" color pallets. For the little kids, that offer a massaging Elsa chair which was a big hit for my 5 year old! Online I found that a manicure is 14$ and designs 3$. when I went in this morning to ask about this the man told me that online was wrong and it was 35$ for gel 5$ for design. The manicure is messy, and the heart on my left hand is smudged. Not worth 40$. The employee doing my nails also cut my right pinky finger, and it was bleeding. What really bothered me (did not even think to notice as the painting was happening because I haven't had this happen before) is that the paint did not go down to the cuticle. I left there looking like I had one week of nail growth already. Update - Consequent to this review, I received a very nice call offering another manicure for free and an explanation that some CND polishes tend to shrink during processing. This made sense to me and totally could be what happened. I did not have time before returning home to take them up on the offer but appreciated very much that they reached out.
