Excellent nail technicians!! Great customer service! I highly recommended this salon and spa.

My Aveda Salon on Railroad in Eagle River WI is not only a very relaxing and beautiful setting but always friendly. Lots of smiles and positivity. It is the first place in this area that I would make appts. when I'd travel this way before I moved up here 2.5 years ago. Used other spots once I did but came back to Aveda. Their products work for me and the staff knows their stuff. Thanks again Jacki and Elise. You are professional and sincere. You won't be disappointed in Salon and Spa on Railroad. read more

This salon and spa was very nice. A group of 4 came here before a wedding the next day and they accommodated us in their back room downstairs where there was 2 tables for nails and 2 pedicure chairs which was perfect for the 4 of us. I love that they didn't use a machine to buff down my nails which tends to make it thin. All of the girls were very nice and attentive to whatever we need. My nails looked great but the shape of my thumb nails were a bit crooked - not terrible though. I also wished they had more options of gel colors. I am use to going to salon with over 50+ colors and they had maybe 15-20. Also the price was a bit expensive..$50 for a regular pedicure and $40 for a no chip manicure!! read more

This salon had been recommended to me a while back. I went on-line to book several appointments. I was shocked at their pricing, is so high and not realistic for the services. There are many other places in Eagle River to choose from. read more

I needed a haircut after some sheltering down and was glad I picked this salon. Em was delightful and gave me a perfect cut. She had good advice for my newly white hair. We had a nice chat and I felt relaxed and renewed! This is my second time at this salon. I would go back. read more

Cici is very skilled and personable. She gave me the best color I have ever received and did so in a timely manner after checking with me on my budget. She is very knowledgeable about products and styling techniques. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to establish a stylist in the Eagle River area. read more

I have been enjoying Jacki's services for my hair for 13 years. She has been able to translate my desire for a variety of looks and colors into beautiful hair every time. This is a Northwoods salon, and yet maintains all of the services you would expect to find in a city. The staff attends educational seminars in big cities to stay abreast of the latest trends. In addition, they are really nice group of stylists who make you feel welcome. read more

I was not the nicest person when I told the salon that I didn't like the text message on my phone but I could have stopped that my self. I was under a lot of stress because I am in debt but that's not there fault. Every time I call the salon they are very pleasant and nice. I have always got the best customer service there. They are a team player salon. I felt guilty switching stylists but wanted to try Sam she is awesome but basically I can say that about every one there. But now I love the text message alerts.. read more

I had an appointment for 4 of us to get our nails done at this salon the day before my wedding. The booking process was extremely easy and quick and we got confirmations for our appointments the week of. The day couldn't have gone better! We had 4 different ladies working on us (2 started on Pedi's and 2 started on Mani's) and we got done in just a couple hours. Every staff member that we spoke too and worked with was so sweet and nice through the whole process. I would recommend them for not only bridal care but anytime you need a "you day". read more

I had my nails, hair, and make-up done for my wedding at The Salon & Spa. My wedding was 6/16/15 and Brandi did my hair and make-up. I communicated with Tiffany to get everything arranged. She was very friendly and helpful. She coordinated appointments including my hair and make-up trial, nails for me and 3 people, as well as day-of hair and make-up for myself and my mom. She was fast at answering questions. I loved working with Brandi for my hair and make-up. I had an idea of what I wanted for my hair and make-up and she worked with me to find a final product that worked for me. She was patient with me as I know nothing about hair and make up. I have naturally curly hair and she carefully wrangled my crazy hair and straightened it beautifully. I was so happy with how my hair and make-up turned out for my wedding. My only concern was with nails. We received the free upgrade to shellac manicure and everyone's nails were peeling off by the end of the week. Mine were completely coming off by the next week that I just clipped them and had them repainted. read more

Not only is this a really cute salon without the overbearing smell of chemicals, but the staff who work here are kind, easy to talk to, and do a thorough job cutting hair. I was surprised to even get a complimentary head massage! It's revolutionary. Why doesn't every hair salon do this? My hair also felt so much healthier after getting shampooed, cut, dried, and styled. read more

I have been going to the Salon & Spa for years during my Northwoods vacations, and I can't recommend it enough. I've had my hair cut and colored by Jacki with great results. I have also had wonderful facials, pedicures, and massages. The building is beautiful and all the staff I've had services with have been friendly and professional. If you use Aveda products, they have just about everything you need, including lots of travel sizes, which are great for the cabin. One note: if you're up North around the holidays (4th of July, Christmas, etc) call ahead! They book up fast! read more

I went in super nervous not only because I as going to someone new but I was doing in my opinion a drastic change to my hair. The results were amazing! I absolutely love my hair! Brandi did an amazing job and I know that I have found my new hairstylist! read more
