He performed a thorough inspection of the generator, gas meter, and lines, explaining the process and safety considerations along the way. Thankfully, no leak was found on my property--we believe the smell may have been coming from a neighboring line--but having that level of diligence gave me real peace of mind. I also want to highlight Tina in the office, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and clearly advocated for getting me same-day service given the situation. They sent a guy out with only helper skills who made a mess of things. The faucette was not even flush against the wall and was spinning!!!! Seriously!!! They sent out another man to fix the mess. It worked for a little while until one the day the faucette fell off while I was bathing!!!! Finally the third time they got it right!!!! However, we realized that the shower was leaking behind the wall. We only realized it when my husband was in the other room while I was showering. The owner refused to send someone back out!!!! He said it was no longer under warranty! I think its been 6 months!!! Its been leaking 6 months and we didnt know!!!! We would not be leaving a bad review, if they were willing to come back out. None of this would have happened if they had sent out a professional the first time around. So disappointing. I was able to get a plumber out the following day, and he quickly and professionally assessed the problem and wrote up a quote. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. They may be expensive, but the job will be done right....at least according to the plumber I met.

He explain everything that he was doing on detailed and the reason for each step. They did a super comprehensive check inside, outside and underneath the house trying to find a low flowing leak. He used visual inspection as well as a sound machine. Spend over 3 hours testing everything. While the price is high compared to a regular plumber. I fully trust their results and hope that our problem can be resolved on the spot. In addition we will get a written report that can be used to try to advocate the water company if necessary.

That morning he called ahead asking if he could come in a few hours early, and to me that was a good sign of ethics, so yes and the day started off positive. That drain upstairs was more trouble than expected. The pipes had a 90° elbow one foot below the drain that made a drain cleaner snake impossible. Sheldon had to cut open the wall behind the bathroom and operate from there. His prognosis was spot on and the repair was finished in an hour or so, total time. Sheldon wrote an invoice and honored the amount quoted on the phone that was very much appreciated. That says a lot about a man and that is hard to find in the business world today.
