They give a great head massage at the shampoo bowl. This is the kind of salon I'm used to and I really appreciate their training, style savvy and professionalism. Instead, I went to a real salon (for the same price GC charges) where the stylist said the problem areas were too short to fix and she couldn't figure out what the first person had been trying to do; then she showed me pieces that were cut less than one inch long--five inches shorter than they were supposed to be and too short to style. It will take at least six months for my hair to grow enough for the new stylist to blend the short pieces to the correct haircut. Wish I could give 0 stars.
