Chris' Market: 3402 Myrtle Ave., San Diego, CA 92104.

Get ready for a story. When I went to Chris' Market to pick 4 U-Haul wardrobe boxes (because they are an authorized U-Haul dealer, U-Haul store #027635), the store clerk (who identified himself as Chris) acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, after I told him I was there to pick up the order and showed him the email confirmation on my phone with the item picture and order number. he claimed he didn't have any of those boxes and the order didn't arrive. I told him he needed to check again, because I was there to pick up the boxes for my wife who is 7 months pregnant and couldn't come herself. Chris told me he didn't know what to do, and turned away to help another customer. I let him help a few customers and was patient. When they had left, I again brought him my phone and asked for his u-haul store number. He became defensive and asked me "what store number do YOU have?" Having just handed my phone to him for him to identify my order, I found his attitude shocking. I asked him again if he was a u-haul authorized dealer; he confirmed he was. When he gave me his store number, I showed him my phone again and said, "the order shipped here." When I told him I wanted to speak to the U-Haul manager he answers to as an authorized dealer, he told me he wasn't allowed to give out that information. When I called the number listed for his store, 619-985-1543, to see if I could speak to anyone else, it forwarded to HIS phone, and he (not knowing I was the one calling) texted my phone back saying "can I call you back?" When I told him "you just texted me that, and I just texted YOU back a screenshot of the same U-Haul email I just showed you", you should have seen the look on his face. I told him I was going to call U-Haul Customer support, he became very defensive and said, "go ahead man, we don't have the time to deal with that." I told him I had all the time in the world. When I was on hold, I kept the phone on speaker so he could hear I was waiting to speak to someone. After a few minutes watching me stand there and that I wasn't going anywhere, he rolled his eyes and said "let me check." After going to the back, he returned with ONE of the wardrobe boxes, asking "is this it?" (despite me showing him the picture of the items I was picking up in the order on my phone, he had no idea what product I was asking for in the first place. Some authorized dealer.) I again corrected him saying, "there were a total of 4, I need 3 more." He left again, and came back with 3 more. So now I have...4 boxes with no metal hanger bars for the clothes inside, which come included with the boxes in the order. I again asked him to bring me the final parts of my order, and he claimed they weren't there. He asked, "they aren't in the boxes?" When he could clearly see the boxes were completely flat with nothing inside them. I told him they were included in the order and should have arrived to his store that morning packaged with the boxes. He again insisted they weren't there, and refused to check a 3rd time. This guy and his store should really be checked up on by U-Haul, as a so-called U-Haul authorized dealer. Tell U-Haul to ship your order somewhere else, because this guy is lazy and dumb.

Chris' Market, a great convenient store with everything from fine wines, craft beers to snacks and quick-cook entrées!

This is possibly one of the nicest 7-Eleven stores I have been to in my life. It was clean, it was organized, and it was stocked. Something that I am not accustomed to. Even though they are well stocked, it doesn't mean the selection is vast. It is somewhat limited to certain brands and of the items they do have you don't get to choose a better one because of that. I feel like that might because of the size of the store as it was not a traditional store set up. That's probably the biggest drawback of this location. The size is limited because it is located on street level of a newer building. Street level is a bit of a stretch as the entrance is on the side street and down a small hill. Customer service was great. The employees working were helpful and swift with the transaction. Able to watch the store and answer customer question while checking my items out.

The many times you would get the best snacks and the best candy bars that would go great with Ice Cream mixture and combine with soft serve Ice Cream. Through the many years that the 711 stor5e4s have been the many places that many times you would see the sheriffs and the many other officers that would come and get coffee in the morning the early mornings the great many things you get at 711s. The many great people that you would see in the morning the many shipments and the distributors that would bring in the many products to the morning. The many times that you would see the many companies that would deliver products and the many food products that would be from the Hot Pizzas and the many great deli sandwiches that are the best and the best in Hot Dogs. With the many great 711s the one location that is in the Little Italy area has been that has been the best in cleanliness and the size of the store is small size with the well done in outside design and the stonework that gives a great atmosphere inside and out, the many products that have they have a great welcome to the housing nearby and the offices close by. Many areas in the Little Italy area are that of restaurants and the gourmet foods that you can pick up and take home. The Store location has some of the best products that you can get such as the Slurpee's and the Monster Drinks with many combos you see at the many. The best location for when you have a great 711 store that you can go to at night and get the milk you need, or you may have to get meat products. One of the greatest things that the 711 stores have the best morning doughnuts and the many great coffees when you have those that bring in their own coffee mugs and get the favorite morning coffees. With the great location that is just a short walk from the Trolley Station with the number 83 bus connection which is located close by the store. In closing as a Yelp Elite Reviewer this is one of the best and the closest location when you take a trip up into the Little Italy area with the short walk to India Street with the Historical area there is much to see and have cold drinks when you stop in at the 711 store up from the trolley.

Prices did seem a bit inflated but you're in a Ralph's downtown in San Diego so it was expected. Bathrooms require a code with a purchase from the store which was also to be expected. Employees there are definitely rude and sarcastic which brought down the experience of going there. They do have a patio but there are a good amount of homeless people around there so not sure if eating your lunch there is the best idea.

I entered the store and found my way to the back were the bathrooms are only to find that I needed a code to unlock the door. I suppose that is a necessary evil given the homeless problem in and around the store. For folks like me who just need to pee, it was a real hassle. I scouted around the store for a couple of minutes looking for an employee who might provide me with the code. After not having any luck, I said "F*ck it" and left. I just held it until we arrived at the building where the car was parked and used the facilities there. The store, did however, look like a pretty good Ralph's if you live or were staying nearby.

I usually come here for a quick, fast , and affordable car wash, and it is convienently located near me. The gas area is tight and limited, but eventually, you can squeeze in even on a busy day. They have quite a few gas pumps and some store parking up front for the personnel, not needing gas. Inside the store is spacious and clean and they sell many drink varietys and snacks. They offer alcohol beverages and tobacco products as well. As for the car wash, it is built in the same space as the gas station. You can easily pay for your car wash while pumping gas, or you can just pull up to the car wash area and pay with a debit/credit card. There are 4 options for the car wash ranging from basic to deluxe, and this time, I went with the standard basic option. The car wash uses high-pressure water soap and also has scrubbers to get your car looking beautiful. The dryer has vents blowing from the left side and right side with a 60-second timer. At this time, you are allowed to change from park to drive and slowly go through drying off all excess water. Overall, it is a great gas station to go to and pick up some snacks and gas for the road and, of course, a car wash to get your fresh ride looking squeaky clean. There is a vacuum and air for your tires in the station for an additional cost. The customer service is always good, and the service is fast as to where you're in and out to continue your day.
