She wouldn't even allow me to put anything down and was trying to put the gown on me while I was holding everything. I was late due to the train blocking me from being able to arrive on time. Traffic was backed up for 1/4 mile. When I arrived there was no parking space and I had to wait for one. She spoke to me like a child telling me that I need to leave my house earlier. News flash-I can't undo what has already been done. She continued to berate me as I sat in the chair and at that point I told her that was enough and I was not going to listen to any more of her rude talk. I was almost in tears and couldn't see myself sitting there, being belittled and spoken to in an aggressive, rude manner. I left and will not be back. If you don't like me being late due to unforeseen circumstances, I don't need to frequent your business. However, you have no right to speak like that to me loudly in front of all of your customers and staff.
