She wouldn't even allow me to put anything down and was trying to put the gown on me while I was holding everything. I was late due to the train blocking me from being able to arrive on time. Traffic was backed up for 1/4 mile. When I arrived there was no parking space and I had to wait for one. She spoke to me like a child telling me that I need to leave my house earlier. However, you have no right to speak like that to me loudly in front of all of your customers and staff. That was very unprofessional and rude, not that I am surprised after reading other reviews on your salon.
