It was--and thanks to her initiative and persistence, she arranged a private showing, and I was able to make it mine! Daphne is extremely well-versed in every aspect of the Boulder real estate market and her wealth of knowledge was invaluable to us in buying our home. She was not only able to advise us on neighborhoods, history of the area, value, bidding, etc, she knew so much about what to look for that may be of concern inside the houses. In addition, she gave us the most wonderful recommendations of others to work with, from our local lender, to inspector to sewer guy-all did an exceptional job. Daphne is very knowledgeable within Boulder County (We bought our house in Erie, CO. I am not sure if she is specialized in other counties in Colorado as well). She knows the home values for all neighborhoods. She told us where to find information about school districts, shopping and things to do online. She listened to what we want from our first home. The first time she took us to look at some real estates, she showed us different type of homes that we can afford in--different areas. We thought that was a brilliant strategy because it provided us a way to see variety of homes in various areas. She made the process seem like a piece of cake.
