She guided me through every step, offering expert advice and connecting me with all the right people--from lenders to inspectors. We toured several properties, and when my favorite home went off the market, I was disappointed. But Jill remembered how much I loved it and went above and beyond by reaching out to the selling agent to see if it was still available. It was--and thanks to her initiative and persistence, she arranged a private showing, and I was able to make it mine! Jill negotiated a price that I could afford, and she was truly my biggest supporter and cheerleader throughout the entire journey. I'm so grateful she remembered the home that checked all my boxes and made my dream home a reality. I'm now happily settled in my new home, and I owe it all to Jill. She made the home-buying experience not only easy but genuinely enjoyable--I can't recommend her highly enough! Thanks Jill, You made my dream of home ownership a reality, and I am so greatful!

We were referred to Bobby Kelly through a friend and when he came over we were sold on his sales pitch but after over 40 plus showings in over two months, he only shown our property once and coincidentally right after we expressed a little frustration. When we did get positive feedback, we would be the one to reach out to them asking what the status, what the potential buyer wanted, what can we do, etc. We are very unsatisfied with this agency because of the lack of communication on their part and lack of interest to sell our home. I give them two stars because their photographer took amazing pictures of our house but I assume any other agency can do that. If you're not in a hurry to sell your home and want amazing pictures posted online then this is the agency for you. If you are on a timeline to sell your home, want helpful advice, someone who IS interested in selling, great communication...then this agency is not the best choice.

We were so pleased with her attitude and dedication. We are first time buyers and were guided the whole way through this hefty process with such care, professionalism and a good sense of humor. On top of that ,we just moved from New York City to Boulder and had little knowledge about the housing in Colorado. Daphne was sure to keep us informed. Daphne is very knowledgeable within Boulder County (We bought our house in Erie, CO. I am not sure if she is specialized in other counties in Colorado as well). She knows the home values for all neighborhoods. She told us where to find information about school districts, shopping and things to do online. She listened to what we want from our first home. The first time she took us to look at some real estates, she showed us different type of homes that we can afford in--different areas. We thought that was a brilliant strategy because it provided us a way to see variety of homes in various areas. She made the process seem like a piece of cake. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us. She is extremely responsive to all our inquiries whether they are through emailing or text messaging. Once we made our decision, Daphne is quick to make sure we get it! She made things happen! Daphne was honest, real and selective.
