The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

I hired mike to install new panels on my porch and install a 6" gutter, the old one was 4.5"w and leaking Mike agreed to install the 4 new panels and a 6" gutter for $3,800 my daughter was present. He never said he will be installing a kit , well the kit came With a 3 inch gutter.... I was surprised when i got on my ladder and saw the 3"gutter, i was very unhappy with it . I questioned mike and his reply was. It came with the kit and can't change it ... I told him if i knew it was a kit with a 3" gutter i would have said no and that he needs makes it right, he hanged up on me. He never called when he was supposed to, finally a month later he called and said he wanted To swap the gutter, I never thought he will put back my old leaking gutter with only one bracket holding it instead of 3 to 4 brackets. Mike is a deceitful person, very unprofessional and disrespectful After his workers did the gutter swap i got again on my ladder and noticed the damage to the shingles on the side of the porch panels adjacent to the roof The sealing tape and the caulkin were a mess, mike never checked his employees work, not once! ... Then, he came to my front door asking to be paid or he will rip off the panels...he threaten me. Since I have to find now some one to install a new gutter and fix the roof shingles, I went ahead and deducted $400 from the $3,800 and paid him $3,400. $400 is not enough is going to cost me over $500. I am not sure who manages this company, but the system they have in place is a wreck. I made an…read moreappointment with their outsourced call/text service via Yelp. I believed I had scheduled an appointment, but it turned out I had only scheduled a call to make an appointment. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.
