He flat out hid the fact that our house that we signed a lease on was in fact for sale with an adjoining property. He never disclosed this to us and now we are in the market of finding a new home because our house sold out from under us. Not to mention after we moved in he tried to bargain us to keep our garage and pay monthly to house his personal vehicles, when we declined that he then parked his vehicles (3) right outside of our bedroom window on the property. He would come in pointing his vehicles headlights into our windows, he would strip down and change his clothes in the middle of the parking lot. Mind you we have children. I would never recommend Kevin H. Lacey to anyone! Update now to harassment! He has now verbally screamed at us about how we do not pay our rent on time (not factual) and has been coming onto the property and threatening towing my husbands county police car from our own parking area.
