Finally my search is now over for the best Carne Asada burrito! It almost felt like I was back home in San Diego! Anyways heard about this place from co workers but never really gave it a chance since they only have outdoor seatings and summer time in MS ain't no joke with the combination of humidity. Ordered the carne asada burrito but they got plenty of stuff on their menu from burritos, nachos and tacos. First carne asada burrito I had where it only have straight carne asada, pico de gallo, and guacamole and not have extra stuff like rice and beans inside it like the way it's supposed to be. Every bite was filled with heavenly authentic flavors! I could eat here everyday and not get sick of it but I'd get fat of it. Only thing I'd add is sauces in a container for customers eating in the area and hotter sauce but that's my preference. Y'all should stop by and give it a try. It took me a minute to do this review because I wanted to make sure before I Proclaim this statement" These are the best authentic Tacos I have had since living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!!" Three carne asada tacos would run you $6.50 they are garnished with radish ,guacamole cilantro and onion and they are the bomb! This is the only thing I have had from there so far. I do want to try the carna asada fries, California Burrito and nachos one day but so far I am in love with the tacos! The Carna asada fries can really use some improvement. The cheese is watery . This place is awesome! The California Burrito is giant (I used the 20 oz soda beside it for reference). Came here during lunch twice during a week long business trip. Excellent customer service, closest to California Mexican food i've tasted. Friends I were with had tacos and carne asada fries, and they all loved the food. Don't pass this place up! Woohoo! As good as it gets! Wow this hidden gem is located at 3200 Hospital road in Pascagoula, MS. Beware once you see a red food truck you have reached ultimate greatness. They offer the best tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries in town! I been here multiple times and WOW it just never seems to disappoint! I usually go with the burritos since they are a quick one stop meal loaded with flavorful goodies that gets me going. The tortilla is like no other with a nice slick smooth snap back feeling when biting into it. The burritos depending on what you order are always packed and fully loaded with the protein and all the ooey gooey condiments such as guac, cheese, Mexican de crema (sour cream) or even French fries! The asada is seasoned to perfection with grilled and charred marks on the steak. If you look closely you can even see the fat residue dripping below which adds ultimate flavor to the rest of the burrito! The surf and turf burrito is loaded with asada and shrimp that is so fresh and sweet. The condiments such as the freshly made salsa and chipotle pair greatly with the burrito. As for the California burrito its packed with French fries tucked in between with asada that will satisfy your craving in a heart beat! As for the fries I do wish they used the shoestring fries which are a more julienne cut (matchstick) vs a batonette cut but other then that everything pairs great. They also serve protein tacos and fish tacos for a healthy alternative or just about anything you ask them to make they can cook. They have multiple tables with a tented cover to provide shade in this hot MS heat. They also have a sink to wash your hands after you dig into that massive burrito they provide or there scrumptious tacos. Overall outstanding place where they serve up great quality street eats for you, your family, or friends. The owners provide second to none customer service and always provide service with a smile. As always remember this is a food truck so please be patient when ordering your food as they cook to order to provide the most freshest high quality tastiest food. I was just heading to a different Mexican food restaurant around the corner from where they're at and saw this red truck and was like ehhhh let's see what they got... I went to their service window and this very nice lady greeted me and introduced me to the cook and recommended the al pastor tacos... listen if you eat Mexican food, you must have had al pastor style tacos and they are dripalicious... You gotta try this place! Location is not good but do not let that steer you away. Food is amazing. Also one of the only places where you have a legit healthy option when eating on the go. I'm from California and this is the closest thing I've had to SoCal Mexican food. Looks like they just got started and the dude is slow but at least he's friendly. I was hesitant to eat food out of a trailer but I'm glad I gave it a shot. My burrito was fresh, flavorful and just enough grease so you know it's authentic.
