The owner also has a little gift shoppe going on in there too! We each got very different coffees, and I was very impressed with the quality of coffee and the time it took to make them! We tried her fresh baked cinnamon buns, cookies and blueberry scones! So yummy!! She also conversed with us which was nice, and made the experience much more personal! I cannot wait to come back, definitely better than any of the chain coffee shops and friendlier than a lot of the locally owned and operated ones! I know the owner by name, that is a rarity! We ordered 2 lunch specials and a slice of pie. - Roasted Turkey Cranberry Sandwich with Creamy Mushroom Soup - DBC (dill pickle, bacon and cheddar) sandwich with Creamy Mushroom Soup Both sandwiches were very good. Today we were in Camrose so we stopped in for lunch. The first thing we noticed is that the café has the ambiance of Ikea. That's good or not good depending on your preferences. It certainly has a clean feel to it and you can see into the bakery through some glass doors. On the menu everything seemed to be the same price at $17.50 in 2022. I ordered the Lefse Wrap with beef. It was okay. The Lefse itself was quite good but the beef wasn't anything special. Still, it's a nice size and seems to be popular. At first I thought it was expensive but then I discovered that each meal includes dessert. With the dessert included the price seems reasonable. It's not a dessert like pie or anything large like that but any baked goods under the front glass counter is included. I had the Lingonberry chocolate puffs and I got two served with cream. The presentation was beautiful and they were delicious. Service was first rate. The young lady was pleasant, cheerful and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. Coffee came with refills. This is a destination café and makes for an enjoyable lunch. I recommend it. Oh and they sell lots of Swedish themed gifts from Swedish flags of all sizes to mittens.

I had the tuna sandwich with cheese, pickles and lettuce. I took home the Moroccan meatball soup. Both were delicious. We ate inside. There's a lot of seating. The place is big and tidy. I'm not saying that is what Mitchell's did but I didn't finish it. Service was attentive. The meal was filling. My partner ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was quite messy but pulled pork tends to be that way. She said that there was too much vinegar on the coldslaw. Probably I would have enjoyed it more than her as I like vinegar. Great quality coffee. We got our sandwiches and were pleasantly surprised that they were also served with fruit. We had a couple slices of oranges and watermelon, it was so cute.
