History

Established in 2017.

Chop Shop Physiques opened it's doors in 2017 with one goal in mind, to create a community gym that would pull us all together with the love of fitness. We pride ourselves on a fun, energetic and welcoming atmosphere. As we come to the end of our first year in business it is clear that our vision is coming to life and we would love to have more members from the community come join the team! We have had some strength competitions and other fund raising events with great success and love helping out and having a great time in the process! Meet the Business Owner: Lucas J.

Lucas' approach to fitness is based around helping individuals at all fitness levels reach new levels of self confidence and personal growth through diet, weight training and various other types of physical activity. He Is a Personal fitness trainer certified by the International Sports Sciences Association. His own path to living a healthy life has seen him trained in a wide variety of different sports and wellness disciplines. He enjoys mixing various aspects of different training techniques he has learned over the years into each clients program he designs to help them realize their potential. From sports specific, to every day maintenance programs, Lucas' main goal is to help clients feel great about themselves and optimistic about their future, both physically and mentally.
