I get great haircuts and shaves, and fantastic experiences!! Great atmosphere here to relax while you wait for your turn in the chair!!

Sorry! Tried to give these galls a shot, but it was horrible. $35 for a cut that came out nothing like the cut I asked for. The gal just didn't know how to fade or blend at all on the back and sides. My haircut went from a 2 blade to a 4 with no blend at all. And it was way too high up on my head. I have never had my hair buzzed so short so high on my head before. Thankfully it grows out quick. I won't name her because she seemed new and maybe not experienced. But I did what they said and made an appointment. So that was good. But will probably never come back. read more

I have never received such poor customer experience at a hair salon or barbershop in my life. If you are not early, you are late. they cancel your appointment at the exact minute your appointment starts and give it to a walk-in. The service is for my one year-old son so long waits aren't an option. All three times I had an appointment with Vanessa who I believe is the owner. The first appointment was fine. The second appointment I was there three or four minutes late and she made me wait 30 minutes because she had taken a walk in exactly at the appointment time. Zero grace period (not even 3-4 minutes). I said nothing but felt frustrated. The third time we went, we parked at 10am which was my appointment time. I arrived with my one year-old son and my three-year-old daughter. we walked in the door at 10:02 AM. By that time she had already canceled my appointment and marked us as a no-show and had a walk-in appointment in the seat. I asked if I had mixed up the appointment time and she said I had not but she marked us as a no-show. She had not even started the walk-in client she easily could've explained and honored our schedule appointment and asked the grown man to wait for the small child to go first. I even explained that we had a birthday party to go to and she made us wait. She did not apologize. We waited 20 minutes and then she didn't even ask me if it was OK to have us see a different stylist. The other stylist was nice, but I intentionally book with the same person. I am a very loyal customer. I also tip 25-30% every time. I'm a good client, aside from asking for a 2-4 min grace period on appt times which is normal at any hair salon. After having waited over 20 minutes, my young son was very fussy. The haircut was terrible because he wouldn't sit still after having waited so long. It's all choppy and I'll now have to pay someone at another shop to fix it. Vanessa, the owner and stylist that I made the appointment with did not apologize once or say a single word to me. She was too cowardly to own her poor behavior and apologize. To prioritize a grown man who is a walk-in and make a single mom with two small children wait on two separate occasions demonstrates they have no customer loyalty or appreciation for customer time. They clearly prioritize their own revenue and if you're not early you're late. I guess that's one way to run a business, but pretty disgusting. Needless to say we won't ever return. To Vanessa: As a mom and grandmother, you know how hard that was for me. You could hear me struggle while I waited with my kids. Shame on you. Treat your customers better. And maybe just be a kinder person to another mom. read more

I keep things simple with my hair, a #3 round. Always get the same barber and Hailey does an awesome job - the same high quality, attention to detail every time. The vibe in here is sweet - the barbers know the clientele. I would highly recommend Chop Shop! read more

Been going here for years and generally I'd give it 5 stars but not this visit. I've been growing my hair out one length for over a year. I told the gal (some new young blonde), who has cut my hair once before that I only wanted the ends trimmed lightly, like a 1/4". She started in the back and she kept going, then I noticed 1" strands of hair she cut off. I told her to stop and asked what she was doing. She said layering the back. This was super disappointing and it will take 6 months to get it back to where it was. I know, it's only hair, but they should at least follow clear directions I gave her. read more

If you have any extra hours in your day! From door to door for a haircut! Be a "WALK IN," grab a tall boy at the local 7-11 because you will wait in your truck! While staring at the decals on the windows that exaggerate that walk-ins are welcome! I suggest you book your therapy appointment ahead of time! Maybe you will tell your life problems! If you want a man spa with BG drama it's your joint! I was hoping for 15 minutes, No contact for 10 minutes in my day! Nice atmosphere, after two left in a hurry at 5:00pm. With people waiting! read more

The chick did an amazing job! Twice and a different lady did a great job the third time. its my go to for my toddler hair. I'll come back a fourth Prices are very reasonable read more

Great haircut experience with Chop Shop Barbers in Battle Ground, WA. My Barber Mykaela was awesome, she gave me a quick haircut and she was very pleasant to talk with. I've only been here a couple of times but I think that I just found my regular Barber Mykaela and I'm looking forward to my next haircut. Something that I dreaded about before this haircut. Mykaela was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut. read more

Our six-year-old so decided to cut his own bangs, right before we left on a 2-week vacation to Disneyworld. We scheduled an appointment with Janna at the Chop Shop barbers STAT. Even while sitting in her chair, our son said "I'm not even worried at all because I know that you are the best haircutting person in the whole world!" She really is the best. Thanks, Janna, for saving the day - again! read more

They fit me in when they were really busy. I also hadn't had a cut in a long time and looked pretty rough and Cindy gave me one of my favorite haircuts I've ever had. read more

I watched Tracy get ready for her next customer. She had him get into her chair, as she answered the phone. He got into a dirty chair, she didn't clean, didn't clean the apron, she put around his neck, didn't sweep the floor around her chair and didn't sanitize her clippers. She spent about 5-10 min during the cut answering the phone trying to stack her appointments. UNBLEIVABLE that she put that customer at RISK. I wonder what Clark County health dept would have to say? With this type of arrogant work habits, I will never go back and will tell as many people as I can, that you put yourself at risk when you go to Chop Shop Barbers. I'm sure she will deny this, but I watched it happen! She needs to be fired............... I will go to The Barbers at 909 W Main St, Battle Ground for my next hair cut. read more

This place is great! Vanessa and Jessica are my go to but everybody is awesome. Quick great price and awesome barbers

I imagine this in a bangin' place to go if you're looking for a crewcut or a very basic fade, but I'm pretty sure they only own clippers and a tiny pair of scissors. If you want anything more complicated you're better off at Great Clips I imagine. The girl who cut my hair was nice enough, but had a "Trump 2020" mask on her mirror, which I believe was very tacky considering its a place of business. read more

Great experience with quick barbers very used to doing guy cuts. You won't smell perm juice here. Prices are pretty fair and the decor rocks. Check'em out! read more

I normally don't leave reviews good or bad, but this place is awesome. I've been going to The Chop Shop for a few years now and have no complaints. The Management / management team do a great job running the shop. Although we all have our favorite stylist, any of The Chop Shop girls can cut and style your hair / beard any way you would like. If you are new to town, or just looking for a change. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

I have been going here for about 8 months and I am very happy I found this place. By far is it the best barber shop in the PNW. If I could rate 10 stars I would. The entire staff is friendly and they all can cut hair great. Highly recommend! read more

This is my go to place for my hair cuts. The staff is great, and I can't think of a single time I've had a bad job here. I actually just got back from getting my hair cut here. My barber had some of the best bed side manners I've had with a barber, and my hair looks great :) read more

Awesome friendly place. Gets a little busy sometimes. If you go first thing in the morning, no waiting. I have two boys and we all get haircuts every other week. Barbers know who we are and what haircut when we walk through the door. Get the neck shave, worth the extra couple dollars. read more

The first time we went was great. Stylist was friendly and we had a good experience. The second time we had a different stylist who did not listen to what I asked and ended up giving my son a buzz cut. The stylist was pretry rude about it when I said, oh, that's not what I was expecting, but whatever it will grow back. This last time the ladies were SO rude. Don't bother making appts because you just get put on the bottom of the waiting list when you arrive. I was so excited about this place after we had such a great first experience, but we won't go back. Customer service is horrible. read more
