I am walk in late into the afternoon and I was picked up by Jennifer who, admittedly, was a newbie with just one year out of beauty school. I have shoulderblade length wavey hair and balding on the top. Grow it before its gone forever is my motto. She had difficulty getting my split ends under control and was smart enough to help. She actually got help from two more experienced cutters and finally got it done. I went home, took a shower and awoke the next morning to one of the best cuts ever. I go here all the time. The last time i visited I told them I wanted a simple hair cut, 1 on the back & 8 on the top, haircut measurements if you know you know. Very simple cut. The lady took 40min and charged me $38. Umm yeah I'll never return, these prices are ridiculous. It should've been like $26 or something like that and a 10min cut. it was slow and she purposely took forever just to justify the $38 charge. Scammers. it's a shame that I'll have to find a new barber. This one is so near. read more

My regular barber was out so I tried to find a barber nearby. I walked in and waited about 5 minutes. Real good job by Cypriano on my hair and beard trim. I've not had a beard trim because I grow my beard out infrequently. Love the old-school feel with the foam, razor, and aftershave balm. The last time I had one was 10 years ago. The only negative thing is that on a nice sunny day, it is very, very bright with all the mirrors. Just keep your eyes closed while they work. Highly recommend repeat business! read more

Wet, raining cold day here in the PNW. Laying around, feeling down. It's my Grandpa's birthday today, we lost him 2 years ago. I've been wanting to grow out the mammoth beard again. But it's in that stage...... And I need to feel better. I'm headed to a Barber shop for a haircut. Both my teenage son (19) and my daughter (16) have recommended this place to me. It's located about a mile from our home. I'm thinking about getting a hipster haircut just to mess with em anyways so I head to the trendy new shop up the road. Parking lot is basically shared with WinCo, so lots of parking. I walk in to the shop and instantly feel at home. It's not some trendy mall hot topic hangout as I thought it would be. It's big, very clean and welcoming. I'm asked to sign in and seat myself. I give my best John Hancock and I sit down. I play the game we all play.....I hope that one calls me up, I really hope That one don't call me up.... I often judge a book by it's cover. And guess what? I get called up by the one I didn't want.... I'm not going to lie, I'm considering not getting my haircut I'm thinking I'm about to be leaving this place looking like I did as a kid, $5 haircuts from a back alley in Camas........... my brain is screaming to run......... MY new barber smiled as she guided me into the chair. Asking all the questions I needed to hear her ask to ease my mind....... She then very diligently starts to work on my hair. I'm so happy with the haircut o ask her to make my beard match...... Gave her free range. Closed my eyes and let the magic flow......... I feel fantastic. I have a new shop and barber. Ciproano is the BEST! He's so nice and welcoming and he does amazing haircut. I first started bringing my son who is seven there to do fades. We loved him so much. My husband started going there. Walked into this barber shop because they had a big blinking sign stating "WALK IN WELCOME" so I "walked in" and as soon as I did I was greeting with a "did you make an appointment?" I said no and was then told "we are booked for today we can't cut your hair". So my problem is other than the obvious false advertising the lack of customer service, she was rude and unprofessional and didn't even mention how to set up and appointment. I recommend taking your business to one of the other of barbershops in town that cost the same and actually appreciate/respect their customers. read more

My husband went to Men's Barber and had painful razor burn on the back of this head and neck. It was so bad his doctor noticed it at his physical and thought it was measles!! Plus there was a large section left in the back that wasn't lined or faded. Check out the photos, not something that anyone should see after getting their hair cut by a licensed professional. Worst place for him to go before a big trip out of town, shame on the older lady that did this and let him pay for such a horrible job. read more

Everyone here can cut hair no question. The crew here is awesome and I highly recommend this place. They have a family friendly atmosphere unlike a lot of other places. Not that I don't like other spots for a good haircut, but I think this place has been great for the past year plus. They have been getting busier recently but you don't have extremely long wait times to get a walk in cut. read more

I saw their sign as I drove by and figured I would check. Since I knew the COVID virus has things tied up I didn't know if I would need an appointment. I walked in and there were no customers so I sat in the chair without thinking of the price. The haircut was nothing abnormal, but the price was over double what I usually pay. As a senior the rate is lower than $10 in most places around. I learned - look at the price before sitting down!! read more

Yesterday 11/19/22 I took my 2 boys into men's barber. We always come here and usually always have a great experience. There are 2 ladies that usually do my boys hair cuts and they are always so nice and always do a great job. Yesterday Abraham was available so he did my oldest sons hair. Both my boys always get the same hair cut everytime. Nothing too complex a fohawk with a fade on the sides. My sons sit well and don't hardly move. If you ask them to sit still they do. Abraham was rough on my oldest who is 9 . He pulled out his electeic razor and went right too his head and was going very fast with it. Which is unusual because usually they do their hair more gently . He was pushing on his head very firmly telling him to stay still but pushing with his electric razor hard . Alex looked upset was saying ouch and started crying. I asked him why he was crying and he said it's because my son can't handle the hair cut its a more complex hair cut. But he gets the same hair cut every time. Alex was upset so wouldn't say what hurt. I told Abraham he needs to be more gentle with him. He never crys during a hair cut so somethings wrong. He asked if I wanted someone else to do his hair I told him no he needs to be more gentle. He never once asked Alex if something was wrong or if he could adjust what he was doing he just kept going pushing on his head saying he just can't handle this hair cut even as he cried. Alex was moving only because he was rough on his head and hurt him.When the hair cut was finished he said I see what happened. He cut his neck. If he would have stopped when he cried or said ouch then he would have noticed instead of pushing his head telling him to stay still. We paid and left irritated. He never said sorry just said "oh I see what happened i see". Today we went back to let them know our frustrations and how if a costumer is upset or crys you should ask them what's wrong. He said sorry but to me didn't act like it was a big deal. The manager came up heard what I had to say and all she said was "yeah mmhmm yeah mhhmm" no other response to the problem. I give this place a 2 star because usually we have a good experience but this time we didn't and I dont feel they took our bad experience seriously. This could have been handled better and everything would be fine. read more

I've been taking my son and nephew to see Cypriano for over a year and we love the way he cuts my sons hair. My son loves getting his hair cut by him. The last 2 times now I have scheduled appointments and shown up 15 mins early. Both times now, he is in the middle of a cut, and that person is always accompanied by 2 others. The first time, he finished ALL 3 haircuts before getting to my sons (APPOINTMENT) so I sat in there with my 2 year old and 5 year old for an extra 45 mins before even being called. I let that time slide. Now, a month later, I called to schedule an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, and I'm not kidding, the exact same situation. He's finishing up a cut, and the guy has a buddy waiting for his. Then a third walks in and Cypriano tells him to write his name down on the list. He sort of avoids me, and then asks if it's okay if the other employee does my sons haircut today. My 5 year old freaked, (already embarrassing) he wanted Cypriano to cut his hair, not the female. (No offense to her, she may cut hair wonderfully) I'm so angry, that this is the second appointment I've made to just simply be brushed off for a group of walk-ins that I say forget it. Pack up my 2 children and get out of there. I will never return. I hope Cypriano reads this, because we are incredibly sad by the way he chose to treat loyal customers twice now. He should've told the walk ins he would cut their hair after he honored his appointment. Now to find a new barber for my son.... read more
