I understand that most Yelpers have a bias toward indy-owned/operated venues, and that's not a bad thing. Private ownership and individualism is highly touted in our country, and in the face of increasing local and national regulatory requirements, coupled with the 'new' economic climates that seem to have become the norm, successful start-up venues are increasingly rare. So supporting same is very important for Truth, Justice, and the American Way. Yet, I must sing the phrases of this particular 'zone nestled in the heart of Hixson!
