I took my truck to a reputable shop. I then found out that top tech didn't do the work i was charged. They replaced injectors but didn't clean the fuel tank or fuel line. They did not change the fuel filter. Thats why the injectors stopped working after on 6 months and 15k later. The new shop did the full job and got me on the road for 7 thousand less. They have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I drive an import, and repairs can get very expensive. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I've been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. They always provide an estimate before starting work and stick to it. They never try to upsell me or take advantage. Their staff is polite, respectful, and professional.
