So our tours overlapped in a few places, but to our delight only 1 restaurant served the same food (Urban Deli). Our tour guide was Frederick for both, and he was absolutely stellar. You can tell he is the one who does all the research, and is very passionate about sharing. Plus, you get a nifty booklet of all the places you visit! I would recommend doing both tours if possible, but if you can only do one, I'd say the culinary Sodermalm was just barely my favorite. We did a third tour from a different organization, and it severely paled in comparison.

The two employees were talking among themselves. I came here for the Princess cake- a Swedish cake. It is a layered cake of sponge, pastry cream, raspberry jam, and a thick layer of whipped cream. It is covered with green marzipan sprinkled with powdered sugar, and decorated with a pink marzipan rose. It was better than I expected. I'm glad the marzipan wasn't too thick. The dessert is best shared as it is quite sweet after several bites.
