I use black car service regularly, and this was the first time black car service did not do a meet and greet at baggage claim. I was traveling with my mother, and she is in a wheelchair, so getting our luggage and maneuvering out to find the driver (different driver) was inconvenient. Also, my niece said she was getting car sick, as the drive to the house was quite jerky and brake-heavy. I may use them for the airport drop-off but will look elsewhere for the return/pickup.

When we got off our ship I called them and we'd gotten off earlier and they picked us up 45 mins early. This company tries to accommodate their customers as much as they can.
