Now I'd like to start off by saying that Kyle was absolutely amazing and his customer service was…read moreon point and he went above and beyond for what happened...... so now we're fast forwarding to today when I first purchased my car from Ralph Smith I was 1. never told about this rule about there's no grace period that Joanna seemed to demand that I knew. 2. never once was I informed that at all times was I to have my im on my vehicle which I have had on every vehicle I've owned and the lady who did my policy didnt do the automatic drafting from my account to the insurance company like I had asked her to do. I never received a cancellation notice NOTHING from my insurance company no call nothing so that was an insurance company issue but anyway back to this place as I stated Kyle was absolutely amazing when we walked in. I walked in told him not to bull shit me and exactly what I needed and I got a car had 116,000 miles on the car no problem! the very next day pfftttt I was stranded and its only me and my brother I have no one else to call to come rescue me when a car breaks down on me ran hot called Kyle told him next day boom needed a new thermostat ‍ no biggie I know that ish happens. week later BAM runs hot again stranded on the side of the road again this time I was on my lunch at work. ended up having to leave early that day because of it too. called Kyle boom fixed or so we thought bam hot again and guess what stranded now I work an hour way from home. finally got the problem solved, leads me till today I had a payment due on the 10th and I called and spoke with someone about paying the payment tomorrow morning was told it'd be fine as long as it was made first thing ‍ no biggie I payed 1500 down another 500 a week later and owed another 500 which Kyle helped us by spreading out the down payment. I ain't mad he was great! but today I get to work and go on lunch and boom cars gone, I called Joanna back and let me just tell you she wouldn't listen and was determined I knew the things listed about which I didn't was never once told there was no grace period and tried explaining about my insurance and what had happened due to something that was out of my hands. she didn't wanna hear it and I don't pay attention to what comes out of my account because only my bills come out of the account I used so I thought I just wasn't paying attention to my insurance because it was on auto draft so I had to call my spouse whom lives an hour away to come get me from work so I could go get my stuff and see what I needed to bring to get my car back. she was absolutely rude AF and then proceeded to tell me they pulled my financing and I'd have to pay the full amount to get my car not ever was I told about the insurance thing I get that rule but when we tried explaining the situation she didn't wanna hear it and cut me the fuck off. now imma just say this if your in between paydays and your payment is due this ain't the place for you. honestly in my opinion Kyle deserves to be in a better place if it wasn't for him they'd not have any business. I mean I pay my bills some may be a few days late but they paid so now im out 2000 and after the 2nd time of it running hot I wanted my money back because I knew it was going to be a problem but was told nah Im keepi g your deposit I mean I hadn't even driven the damn thing 1000 miles and I was stranded 3 times only to be told hey FUCK YOU. If you want something good to drive avoid this place because id Rather buy a vehicle from a cracked head on Ann street than Ever return to this place. the only reason I went there was because of how many good things I've heard but honestly she knew what she was doing because of them having to fix the damn car somtimes Things happen that are out of our control and the insurance thing was out of my control and I was going to make sure every duck was lined up in the morning before I picked up my car hell They was going to get 900 from me tomorrow alone because I was going to make my payment and what I still owed but don't tell people you'll work with them on payments if you're not going to hold your end of that bargain especially when they had so much trouble to begin with It bad business!
