If you like raw clams, this place is pure heaven. It's incredibly fresh - even if you think you won't like raw clams, you still might want to give this a shot. It's not too "oceany" for people who don't like clams for that reason, it's not too "crunchy" or "rubbery" or "slimy" for people who don't like clams for their texture... It's just fresh and refreshing. They also make an excellent shrimp ceviche.
There is an English menu, and some of the very friendly workers speak English - but it can still be intimidating if you are not a Spanish speaker. If you can get over that mental hurdle, this is definitely worth it.
Let's be transparent - It's definitely a hole in the wall. There are flies everywhere while you're eating. It's on the edge of town after the main area ends. This can definitely make some visitors uncomfortable. But it's local, authentic and delicious as hell, so if you just go into it with the right expectation, you're in for a treat.
