Though it would be hard to tell this just by looking at the car. This is despite being told that the car was in great condition.

He called in owner Brandon with a much bigger truck who arrived shortly thereafter. Brandon was extremely careful removing my car. Ever so gingerly he tugged at the chain, checking the obstacles every few inches, using every tool at his disposal to dislodge it from the miry bog with surgical precision. When he finally pulled it out the car was in (almost) perfect condition. Against all odds, Brandon did absolutely no damage while removing it and saved my car from the ditch. He told me he's been towing cars for 2/3 of his life and it shows. If you need expert service in a timely manor you need Byrn's.

I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.
