On arrival it seemed very busy but after talking to the 2 " boys that run it" they were adament that they could get the parts and have it fixed for me later the same day. On return to the garage i was not holding my breath that they would have managed this but to my suprise the car was ready and waiting for me. The 2 brothers who run it were very pleasant and knowledgeable and i would certainly go back without hesitation. ps They also have a lovely dog with the biggest ears you have ever seen.

Well, if you didnt know, an infiniti q50 needs a special key to take the lug nuts off. And where was ours, you ask? Back in Boston. Good place for it, I know. I was afraid they would have to cut the lug nut off in order to get the tire off. Dave saved the day, and my lug nut. He told me "oh I'll get it off for you one way or another", and he did just that without cutting it off. He may not have had a key for it but he did have some downeast ingenuity. What would have cost us a small fortune in Boston to get the car back on the road cost us less that $30 all together. Thanks, Dave!!

Deeply grateful that VIP Calais was there for us when we needed them! We were traveling to Canada…read moreand had just crossed the border into St Stephen when we got a low tire pressure notice -- turns out we had driven over a screw. It was Canada Day and after 5pm, so nothing was open on the St Stephen side. Luckily we were able to turn back around and get to VIP just before closing. They stuck around late to patch our tire and sent us on our way in under 40 minutes. We would have been looking at an overnight stay in Calais plus, likely, having to have the truck towed had they not been so accommodating. Thank you to Joe and the crew for going above and beyond to treat us with kindness and make sure we were able to safely get back on the road!

Despite my private emails to corporate, which I sent in order to give them a chance to address their errors, I encountered the same lack of respect for my time and property. This company refused to honor the warranty on their previous work, and my car is still experiencing issues that should have been fixed when I paid for the service the first time! The last straw was my seat not being reset to its original position upon return of my vehicle. Such an oversight, especially when corporate told me that it was "unacceptable" when it happened once before...It may seem like a petty issue, but the principle of the matter is an overt lack of respect. If you've got money to burn, go here. They'll definitely burn you!
