The one star is only because I have to give something; this company gets a resounding zero stars. I've only used them once, but my God was it an awful experience. I ordered a bracelet online, which arrived without most of the usual packaging that I know the brand comes with; and the bracelet was very dirty. It had either been worn, or was a display one. I emailed repeatedly, asking for instructions on how to return it, and whether I could exchange it no answer. I then rang, and the person I spoke with couldn't have cared less there wasn't a single apology (and she confirmed receipt of my emails). They don't offer any option to return faulty items for free, so I was told that I would be refunded the cost of the postage. Finally, I was refunded the cost of the bracelet but not the return postage. Several emails (again, with no reply), calls and fob-offs later (and again, not a single apology) I am still waiting for the postage refund, three weeks after returning the item. The excuses on the 'phone are hilarious; today's was that the MD needed to sign the cheque, and he has been on holiday. Novel; so nothing gets paid whilst the MD is away? Hilarious. Last time's excuse was that the Accounts person was out of the office. Given I paid by PayPal, it takes seconds to make a one-off PayPal payment. Awful, just absolutely awful all-round. Never mind signing cheques for a few pounds, the MD should turn his attention to improving the things the matter.
