She lied about her credentials and told me she was a physical therapist but she wanted . I suffer from severe ptsd and had a full blown panic attack due to the massage therapist being rude and belligerent and when the owner Mrs Beth could have corrected the employee but she didn't... The massage therapist was out of control , rude , and even tried to tell me to stop taking my medicine my doctor prescribed. I have never in my life felt so threaten and upset . Never got an apology or nothing and not one time did I raise my voice but her therapist was combative and rude to me . That affected me on many levels and they had the audacity to send me a letter about seeking service else where , knowing I would never came based on the lies the therapist told and the lack of leadership I saw displayed from Mrs Beth . Honestly I feel this all happen because I advised Mrs Beth I didn't like how the therapist was chopping on my back instead of massages it . This is my experience with this place and I would never recommend it , plus they are unorganized. They just sent me a text this morning out the blue and overwhelmed me again .

Angela Soto is a phenomenal acupuncturist but she is more like a wise soul who is a true healer beyond her excellent skills of acupuncture and knowledge of herbal medicine she is a great researcher of healing modalities that work. And she combines them specifically for the patient. I have had great acupuncture in my life but she goes above and beyond as a healer. I always look forward to coming to an inviting office where I am met with Hannah, the office assistant. Her kindness is always appreciated and she always has a smile to greet you. And then you are escorted back to your room. Angela appears and greets you with joy and the ability to change a perspective that is negative (me) into a dynamic hopeful soul. I admire her ability to catch my thoughts in mid air and show me my patterns of behavior with empathy and love. I have been driving a long distance just to get care at Blue Root. Driving through Charlotte traffic just once is enough for me ,but I have been coming to see her since last October 2023 almost weekly so I am used to the drive now. I make Tuesday's my self love day and try to remember to bring more joy and love in this world also. I have been inspired to do so! Feeling grateful for finding such a beautiful gem. Angela Soto is the real deal! Enjoy your time with her as well! I certainly am and will keep coming back! She has certainly saved my life for the better and I am so grateful to keep learning from her. She is a wise woman who is a natural healer that brings joy and hope to her clients. And that to me is an act of love. I wish for her to have huge blessings for following her heart and passion for bringing healing to a community!
