I went to the Chiropractic Naturally in the Carrollwood location. It's located at 13301 Orange Grove Drive, Suite A Tampa, FL 33618. Today I had my second cryotherapy treatment. The first session I started 180° below zero and today I went 210° below zero. It's cold y'all! But I did notice a significant difference between the first time and the second time when I went colder. It really helped with the pain in my lower back! I was wiggling all over that office after my second treatment. ;-) The first time I came, I met with Dr Mehta. Dr. Mehta was great. She was very friendly and informative. For my second appointment, I met with Dr. Sooklal and she was awesome as well! The staff is very friendly and professional. I've booked a 1-hour massage and cryo after the massage. But the massage therapists are booked out so I'll be won't be able to come back for a month. I'll let you know how the message goes. Great team of caring professionals! I've been going to Dr. Mehta at the Carrollwood location for quite a few years now and she is fantastic. Over the years I've gone in routinely for adjustments on my back. Dr. Mehta is great at listening to what I say and discussing/addressing issues. A year and half ago I had a procedure on my lower back. Initially I felt great and could sit without pain, but after a few months I began having pain in the scar area when sitting and bending. About 3 months ago I talked to Dr. Mehta about the ongoing pain (minor nerve damage is the consensus) and asked if she had any recommendations. She thought about it and then suggested cold laser therapy as that would help stimulate cell & nerve regeneration. This is a simple non-invasive treatment and now I am able to sit for longer periods with just some achiness! I cannot be more happy to have made the best decision of my life by coming to Chiropractic Naturally. Dr. Gomez is beyond amazing. Some time back I slipped while going down a flight of stairs and fell. I thought I had only injured my food but after it got better and after X-rays It was confirmed my food was okay. Months past and after many sleepless nights and tossing and turning, I knew I had to find someone to look at my back. I had a pain in what i called my hip that went down my leg. My friend told me to look for a chiropractor and thankfully I found this gem. The first day I saw Dr. Gomez, she took x-rays and did a little adjustment and told me to come back the next day after she had the results of the x-ray. She also told me that the pain was coming from my lumbar and we would know how to deal with it better after the results. The next day she showed me the x-ray and my lumbar was in fact out of line. We talked about the treatment and I am currently on my 4th adjustment and it was incredibly surprising to me that by the third one I was no longer in constant pain and was sleeping without waking up. I am now on my 6th on i believe and couldn't be happier. I never knew a fall could case so many issuing including sleep issue. I'm amazed at how fast this process has improved me. I am so thankful to the doctor for all her help. My mom saw my improvement and decided to come and be seen about an old foot injury. If my results weren't so good she wouldn't have even come. My mom never really thought a chiropractor could help her. She's been to foot doctors and she never gets relieve. After the fist adjustment she was able to move her foot more and after the second she wasn't limping as much. Due to a surgery she had to she hasn't been back but as soon as she can she will be. I have been feeling horrible for the last couple of days and I'm and off for a year. I grew up with family not believing in chiropractors. Today when everything failed and I just needed a miracle I made a same day appointment. Nervous and wobbling my way to the clinic. I put all my fears away at the door and just left it in their hands. I saw a diverse crowd come through the door from people my age to older clientele. I thought wow if A lady 2.5 times my age can do this I can. Well I did it.
