All I can say is that at 75 yrs old I am enjoying life with great health due very much to Karen. Not only is her staff amazing, she is the bar for excellence in service, information, teaching, life changing, teaching all of us to care for our bodies on a daily basis. Karen is great! Very sweet, attentive, and skilled. I've been to many chiropractors in the area and I think she is the best. The office is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and always available. In addition to Karen, I've been extremely satisfied with Tammy, the massage therapist. She really knows what she's doing! As part of the massage, she uses hot stones, which feels amazing, and she's very thorough and in tune with your body. I've not had a bad massage yet! I have been to a number of spas in this area and the surrounding areas and can honestly say I recommend her over the rest. You will not be disappointed! read more

I've been seeing Dr Karen for about a year now and it has been immensely helpful. During my first appointment she was extremely generous with her time and made a point to really learn my body. In the begin I was seeing her once a week, sometimes more. Eventually, my body began holding the adjustments longer and longer. I now see her every 4-6 weeks and my body is much more in alignment. The other amazing thing about this office is that you get a fifteen minute massage before your adjustment, and the prices are really accessible. If you really want to treat yourself, you can book an acupressure massage with her son, who also works at the office on some days. Dr Karen is THE best! I only wish I could give her 10 stars! I have been going to her routinely for maintenance for about 6 months and she has always been so kind and so intuitive to the needs of my body. But today she really went above and beyond. I wrenched my back and could barely move for 2 days. I came to her in so much pain and she really went after it. I couldn't be fixed in one session so she had me back, after hours and toddlers in tow. She was so warm and welcoming to my kids (3&2- not easy to please) , they had a great time while she worked her magic! I left pain free! She saved the day and I couldn't be more grateful. I just called this office to get a recording that stated.....leave your name and phone number, we will get back with you within 24 hours.....So, I take the day off work, waiting for them to call....if they do return a call....I know, a LOT of businesses PAY someone to leave good feed backs....I go OFF of those on line feed backs check on other sites regarding what ever business I want to know about.....I am NOW seeing, you pay CASH for your visit....if you have insurance, medicare or Blue Shield, or who ever you have to get reimbursed..yes, in this day and age, we all know how that works..you WILL be on hold forever to get YOUR OWN MONEY back, not sure this office does this, but I strongly suggest you had better ask before you make an appointment with any health care provider anywhere....been waiting for my refund now for a visit I had, been over 2 months now...remember, someone gets YOUR money, YOU are to get it back....you will WORK TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK..... read more

This review is long overdue. I found Dr. Karen on yelp, and decided to try her out, since she had other five star reviews, and I was NOT disappointed! She really loves her job and her patients. I went to her every 4 weeks, then every 6 weeks over a two year period, and I felt so amazing. I stopped going unfortunately, only because I moved out of the area. My body can definitely tell I stopped keeping up with my visits! I loved her place for so many reasons. She is very attentive, and does full body adjustments. She uses does manual adjustments, adjustments with the dropping table, and sometimes uses a little tool (I forget the name) for tough spots. The best thing about this place is she has massage therapist that do a 15-20 minute opening massage (that doesn't cost extra) for you to get you loose before your adjustment!! One time, oh wait! TWO times I was injured and Dr. Karen fit me in last minute. Even gave me her personal phone number so I could check in with her to let her know how I was feeling after. Everything is wonderful here and Dr. Karen remembers all of her patients and cares for them on a deeper level. read more

Not once have I been rushed through an appointment for the sake of time or left wondering "what just happened?"--as happens at so many other offices where the philosophy seems to be "pop and go."
