Dr. Williams was amazing!!! I was having intense lower back pains. I walked in and he pinpointed the source of my issues to my ankles which I have been having problems with forever. Gave me a nice alignment and gave me pointers to get my lower body a break from all the pain. They weren't trying to sale me more than I needed unlike most Chiropractors I've been to in the past. Dr. Q is what a doctor should be. Being that I've never been to a chiropractor I was slightly nervous, and my reason for going only made matters worse. I had a random seizure that left me with a head tremor, a stutter, and a weakening of the entire left side of my body,( which the Northridge hospital ER dubbed normal after one CT and sent me home in the same state), and After examining me and just a few a adjustments I was able to say full sentences, and the head tremor went from aggressive to mild. His bedside manner helped with the anxiety of the actually cracking, and the thoroughness in which he explained everything as he did it made me even more comfortable and secure in the fact that he knew what he was doing. I have been looking for a chiropractor that is close to my home and is very good. I found this place off on a Groupon and I decided to try it since it has been months since I went to my former chiropractor in Encino. I am so glad that I found a diamond! Dr. Williams can tell what your problems are which explains it in a very detailed manner and the causes to which you have that discomfort or pain. The adjustments that I experience make me feel that I was strong again and rejuvenated. Also the front desk receptionist is very comfortable to talk to and make sure that while you wait (seems he has quite a lot of patients already) to bring you to a massage machine before you get to see Dr, Williams. After the Groupon experience I will start to get his services. And sure thing, it's worth every penny of it, because I know that I take a lot of hours in my work and getting a visit to Dr. Williams refreshes me to be strong and active again. I was highly referred to this establishment by a friend. I arrived at 6:45pm on Friday (9/20/2019) which I called prior to make sure I can still show up and they assured me it was fine. As I arrived, I checked in and filled out paperwork which I stated that I was a student. There is a student special for $25 that my friend mentioned. I was then escorted to the room where I saw the chiropractor and he spent a total of eight to ten minutes on me. As I was checking out at the front desk, the receptionist charged me $75 for this visit without asking me if I had insurance or even a form of I.D. I proceeded to ask the receptionist "if she needs my I.D." and her response was "you are who you are right?". I was caught off guard and felt rushed to get out of the office due to them having a closing time of 7pm. After my visit I searched their website and it stated 45 minutes for $50. From the moment I walked in and left, I was there may be a total of 20 minutes which included a wait time in the waiting area of about 10 minutes. I felt like I was taken advantage of and I am very dissatisfied with my first-time visit, which is also my last. My overall experience was not great! There was never break down of what my charges were or any information of what happens next as if I should make another appointment, since being a new patient this is what happens next... etc. I received a call the next day after writing a review on the squareup transaction. The Dr. called and was asking what exactly happen. I explained everything and he stated that $25 is for "children". A suggestion I can offer is maybe stating an age rage on their website or any other information they have out regarding the student pricing or simply stating "children" under a pricing rather than just student which can be misleading. He then proceeded to explain that it was $25 for the consultation fee which was never mentioned as I walked in while waiting to see the doctor in the waiting area. I'm simply saying that being CLEAR about communicating specific details is important when charging people and especially being a NEW patient and referred by a friend. The doctor offered to comp a free massage which in the end still makes me $75 dollars out of pocket, especially being a student, $75 is a lot. I chose to not proceed with making an appointment for the free massage since I do not feel comfortable returning to this establishment. It's unfortunate of what occurred, and my problem was not fully resolved in the end. One place I tried this week which was great and was referred to me by another friend was "The Joint Chiropractic" in Van Nuys. They had no hidden fees and were clear from the moment I walked in. $29 dollars for first time visit which include the chiro adjustment and the consultation visit. read more

I started seeing Dr. Williams (a chiropractor in general - this was my first experience) a few months ago when I had trouble healing a sharp lower back pain. It has been life changing. I left there with absolutely no pain at all and it didn't come back for months. Yesterday after a hard leg workout, it came back and today he squeezed me into his schedule on last minute notice for an adjustment. I'm forever thankful for both him and Martha at the front desk.
