I've had to bring my beloved laptop in for maintenance a few times now (keyboard needed to be fully…read morereplaced the first time, the second time was last week to wipe some malware off of it) and both times I've had my case handled by the same guy, TJ! Not only did both cases get handled superbly, but he offered regular check-ins about the process while asking about anything I forgot to mention to be sure he had the full picture, and he was more than happy to explain what he was doing and why (which I always find very fun!). The keyboard replacement was $125 and the malware wipe was $175--the original estimate I'd gotten for the malware wipe was much higher, but he handled everything like the pro he is and got my laptop back to me as quick as he could. I've also sent a phone in to be repaired, and while unfortunately it couldn't be saved even with part replacements ("catastrophic internal failure" type stuff), he DID try as many things as he could think of to try to get it working again which I am incredibly grateful for. He also put me on the path to people who might be able to extract my data despite the state of my phone! This whole deal was $87. This shop is thorough in their work and the workplace has the kind of vibe you get when the people working there actually enjoy it. Definitely the kind of place I'd ACTUALLY recommend to friends and family, not just saying so on the non-existent exit questionnaire. You'll be in good hands here--even if they can't fix it, they'll still point you in the right direction.

Then I came here, and there was a nice individual named TJ who said he would fix it. It took him much more time than he expected, but only charged us for the original quote. His kindness and precision is what brought back my 10 year old console to life, and I couldn't be more grateful. I brought this console to school nearly every day for the past decade and there are thousands of hours in some games. I am extremely happy with the repair and I would recommend this place for the friendly and quality jobs. It is clear that TJ feels passionately about his work and the quality of it. Please go here! I wish I could give these guys the world because they deserve it.

I have designed precisely one mail piece in the 9 years I've been political / nonprofit things and received the following response when I showed it to a pro "Oh... text boxes..." Thankfully, the fine folks at Superfancy are available to turn your wickedly wordsmithed text into designs that look fun, professional, and simply awesome. They make beautifully functional webpages, inspired logos, and all the applicable forms, cards, and miscellaneous graphically designed things you could desire. Top this off with the fact that Stevie and Erika are both awesome and responsive and you've got yourself a crew of keepers that will service all your needs. Well... design needs, I don't think they'll feed, clothe, or house you... but I don't hold that against them.
