Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with this clinic in a week. I saw Mickaela, one of the physician assistants on staff, for my visit. She was very knowledgeable in my condition and helped me find the best medication I needed. Mickaela was so kind and personable with her questions in order to get to better know my health, but as well as who I am as a person. This type of focus in caring for the "person" instead of just the "patient" truly is what this clinic embodies and is hard to find in healthcare. The MA Monica was so welcoming and friendly when taking my vitals, keeping me at ease. The front desk staff answered all my questions and made the process of being a new patient easy and seamless. I was even able to get lab work done in the clinic which was convenient and efficient of my time. I would highly recommend this clinic and the emphasis that they put into providing optimum care to every single person they encounter.

Because I am a frequent user of the practice's patient portal, I do not mind the $50 administrative fee because I feel it is necessary to balance out the extra work that they have because of the patient portal. For patients with EDS, this office is a godsend as so few doctors acknowledge the disorder, more or much less treat the disorder. I appreciate the added bonus of having in-house counseling and the in-house lab. Every time I go in, I am greeted warmly and well taken care by the administrative staff and medical professionals.

I found the Nurse Practitioner (Joanna Nance) to be knowledgeable, very friendly, and willing to take time to talk with me. The nurses and reception staff were also friendly and attentive. I found the facility to be clean. The only thing that surprised me was that I was charged a $20 copay at my follow up visit to just talk with Ms. Nance about the results of the tests. I'm in Nedicare, and have never had to pay a copay unless it was for a specialist. All in all though my experience was good. I would recommend them for a physical exam at least!

I called the Vietnamese line, but someone answered and the phone was on music mode. I think the way the staff at the doctor's office handled the phone call and scheduled the appointment was unprofessional and extremely impolite. I request that the staff at the doctor's office behave in a cultured and polite manner towards customers. Doctors have many patients, and the quality of customer service over the phone is a significant contribution to their work.

I have had 4 knee replacements, 3 hip replacements and open heart surgery due to tumor on mitral valve throughout my 61yrs. and now confined to a wheelchair. In 2019 C1-T-4 was fused. My life today is chronic pain 24/7. He installed a pain pump in 2023 for my lower back. It works great!. I took a fall on to the hot burning pavement June 6, 2025. Heard my head hit the ground. I believe it jarred the fusion from 2019. The nerves became rapid fire, pain 24/7. On 6/19 I had a procedure called spinal cord catherization throughout my spine. Within 2hrs my number 10 pain decreased to an 8 by bedtime I was at my bace line of 6. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo's office he is very knowledgeable, listens, and takes the time for you. The staff their process are professional.
