I'm super upset, more than upset, angry. It turns out that my daughter was complaining about pain when urinating. My imagination is that maybe she has a urine infection because she's only 3 years old. She's learning to clean herself. So I found this clinic. The title was given by urgent care or primary care.
My husband and my 17-year-old daughter took her. I couldn't go because I'm undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatment. For that reason, I couldn't go. I'm in recovery. It turns out that when my husband arrives at the clinic, at first everything was fine until he ask my husband for the insurance card ,so he could register her, he put me on speakerphone and the person who was assisting him sounded very rude and asked him questions and didn't let him answer he was barely going to answer the first question when she was already yelling on the third question that caught my attention ,she didn't let him talk, I told him, tell the lady to wait, tell her to let you talk, she heard me and maybe she got angry because of the comment I made, out of nowhere the lady says, that we can't accept her,we have to put a primary care doctor which is a lie because he clearly named it urgent care clinic, and I had call to confirm, (walk In patients are welcome ,)and I argue over the phone. I explained her that my daughter already have a primary care doctor. She doesn't need another one. We only there as a one time patient, we end up going to a different place, All I ask is to change their staff because the customer service is very bad and if they make the person mad is worse and they wash their hands saying that it is a private clinic and no one takes them out of there. I also asked to speak to a manager and they don't have anyone available.
It happe at 7:30 pm
