I could not feel more secure about my little dog's health than I do and have since finding Lori…read more When my little dog was diagnosed with a stage 4 heart murmur, I immediately knew that I had to go into high gear to keep him alive at all costs. After voraciously hunting online for the right holistic practitioner, comparing reviews, types of treatment, and credentials, I found Lori. She got straight down to business, instructing both his dietary and supplemental regime, and I wasted no time in following suit. Fast forward 3 months after his echocardiogram at his follow-up of the same, his Cardiologist was so impressed that she actually signed off on all his heart supplements that Lori advised. The swelling had gone down, his heart murmur was steady (no decline), and all she had to say was, "Whatever diet you have him on, whatever you're doing, keep it up." Fingal is now 11 years old, and people are always commenting on how healthy and young he looks and seems. With her background in western medical field, Lori has respect for veterinarians and is willing to work alongside them, and yet, thanks to her comprehensive study and openness to learning everything she can to keep our babies alive, she won't hesitate to offer alternative ways of treating that will, without the side effects often associated with western medications, lengthen their lives. She also keeps meticulous notes. If you forget something, trust me, she has it written in a file. I trust her completely with my little guy's life. Literally.

In recent years the staff is curt, uncaring and doesn't have a sense of urgency to find an appointment time when my dog was sick. Most recently, my dog was critically ill, and the office made no attempt to squeeze us in and casually told us to go to an ER. my dog ended up in the hospital for multiple days. Dr Miller was contacted by the ER for records, I left messages, and never received any response to check on my dogs well being. When I told him how disappointed I was with his lack of concern for us as long time patients, he responded with profanity, told me there's no way he had time to follow up on every sick dog in the hospital and that I should go to another practice. That's what I call real customer service and loyalty! I've never been so disappointed in a professional in my life. And for the record, this is the first time I've ever posted an online review, that's how poorly we were treated!

We have been bringing our dog to Dr. Miller's office for 13 years and have always been impressed…read morewith her care. We had an emergency last week in the morning and, left a message explaining we were on our way there. When Jackie called back, she was surprised that we were already in their parking lot. She proceeded to explain that they do not see emergencies and told us she would email us a list of other vets in the area. My husband (who is in the medical field- and, even though his office is not 'set up' for emergencies- he will always see a patient in pain), asked if someone could take just 3-5 minutes & triage her in the back of our car, because she was in so much pain-she's a big Newfie and wasn't able to walk) Jackie said no. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. So we went to Pressly Animal Hospital and were accepted immediately. As soon as we walked through the door, Dr. Pressly took her into the back, did x rays and showed them to us, explained everything and we decided on a plan of action. They also followed up throughout the day and the next morning. So, please be aware. As much as we really like Dr. Miller, Miller Animal Hospital will NOT see your animal in an emergency. They will NOT be there when you really need them.....even if you've been faithfully singing their praises and giving them your business for 13 years. Our new vet is Dr. Pressly and we'll not be going back to Miller Animal Hospital.

This was an amazing company in the beginning and thought we had found our forever groomer. Had many…read morenice chats when coming in to get the dogs. For the past month I have reached out multiple times to get appointments for our dogs because their hair was getting unruly. We tried many home remedies including the ones they recommended for brushing but it was not enough and they did need professional grooming. I reached out for 4 weeks to try to get them an appointment with this business because I really do like the work they have previously done. After a month of trying to get appointments we finally did. Great no big deal at all I was very understanding. My husband brought them at 10 am and was told they didn't have an appointment however they did. The messaged me saying it would take till 5-6. No big deal was very kind about that was well. 7 pm rolls around they still need more time. Again didn't make a fuss about it. Finally at 7:30 they call and my husband leaves. He gets there and they claimed they needed enough half hour. Again no problem he goes gets gas comes back and waits. Then an hour comes by. So I call letting them know I find it unprofessional they way they treated us this past month. The manager got very angry and said "It's free for you. Just come get your dogs" and hung up. I thought that was rude but left it be. Here's where the problem started she yelled at my husband in his car and said come get your fucking dogs, called him a pansy, and claimed we abuse our dogs. Our dogs are so loved and anyone who knows us knows that. They are spoiled rotten. After this I'll attach below the horrible messages they sent me. To add my dogs came home and were shaking, starving, and dying for water. I'm saying all of this with true sadness as we ADORED this business and wanted to continue using themWe are huge animal lovers and have never neglected, hurt, or done anything to our dogs. They are our second children. We are truly hurt by the way they treated us today. I also want to add, Remi has chronic ear infections which has been expressed to them which is why we've made clear everytime her ears have to be plucked so that we can put her daily medicine in. Without them being plucked it is harder for the medicine to reach her ears. And out of their own mouth we were told that Remi has the hardest coat to deal with for poodles and it was obvious that she was brushed and taken care of but there is matting underneath we cannot see because how hard it is to get to it. So I'm confused about the switch on how we are abusive.

When my husband brought him home Bandit wasn't bathed, chest was trimmed, his hindquarters was horrible!! His hinny was cut out like a box! It was 2/3 fingers all around his butt hole even up on the bottom of his tail. I'm so ashamed of this I won't take him anywhere. And the rudest thing is I can't get the owner Tina to call me back. I sent pictures to the business and text but have not had any response! This is the definition of bad business! I advise going some place else. Plus she's too high. For my small dog she charged me $60..
