When they did come, they only did 80% of the job, and left leaves in front of my property which, after another 10 days before they returned to finish the job, had blown back onto the lawn...of which they did not clean up. When I contacted them to explain my dissatisfaction, they said I didn't need to pay the bill, but they wouldn't be doing service at my location anymore. As if bringing this to their attention annoyed them and they didn't want anything to do with me anymore. That is not the right way of doing business. I would have gladly paid the bill, but wanted an apology and some token of trying to make it right. Very unprofessional, shoddy work, and does not resolve customer complaints appropriately.
