This move was unique: I'm located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and Troy had to pick up a very heavy and bulky Hammond organ, along with accessories, from the suburbs of Madison, WI, and deliver them to me. The task had a slightly challenging coordination aspect because multiple people were involved in the process, but Troy was completely accommodating. The quote he gave me was very fair, and the entire moving experience was handled with top-tier professionalism and skill.
