Tall white middle aged man gave me and others attitudes and rolled eyes multiples times just when we asked about ordering instructions and when we got to the payment area to pay with a gift card. Served us barely any food left us unsatisfied. Poor customer service from this one person read more

Every time we have ordered through the app at this location something has been messed up. Every time. This location also seems to make everything spicy. The black beans even have a kick so my toddler won't eat anything. I will never eat here again, it's just annoying let down after let down. read more

Ordered dinner for 4 through DoorDash. 1 of 2 bags were delivered. Went to store for our other bag . It was sitting on counter. The employee said he handed the door dash person the 2 bags for us. He now verified he messed up buy handing the driver 2 bags but didn't look at receipt to check For correct delivery. But they denied they made a Mistake. took our other bag, now cold. Also burrito bowl had hardly any chicken mostly rice and beans.. Asked for Different chips since the bag given to us was stale. The new bag was also old and stale also. In fairness DoorDash messed up too. The driver didn't check out the bags for delivery otherwise they would have seen the receipts and realized they were missing part of the order. I'd just avoid this location read more

Honestly i've never given a yelp review before but i've given this Chipotle multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The customer service is almost always rude and unwelcoming. Employees rarely greet you when you walk in, and no one seems friendly or even willing to smile, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the store has been closed more than 30 minutes before the posted closing time on multiple occasions, which is really frustrating if you make the trip expecting them to be open. When they are open, they're somehow frequently out of several ingredients, which defeats the whole point of going to Chipotle where you're supposed to have options. The food quality hasn't been great either. The rice is almost always undercooked and hard, and the tortillas aren't warm-pressed like they're supposed to be. It makes the burritos feel rushed and poorly made. Overall, the service, food quality, and reliability at this location need serious improvement. I hope management takes notice because this location could be much better with some basic attention to customer service and food preparation. read more

I'm sad that this chipotle wasn't it! I usually have great experience with consistency however this location fell short. Upon arriving there was a sign up on the door that said online orders only. We get it staffing is short so no worries there, however the staff was a little aggressive when we walked in and started yelling that it was online order only... When we got our food it was inedible as the rice was severely undercooked. They replaced our order with brown rice saying that they would need to throw out all the white rice to remake it. However, when we were eating they just kept serving the undercooked rice to all the online orders..... that was very off putting to see as o would be pretty unhappy to get home and my order was raw. The queso was delicious! Plenty of seating and parking at this location - which is very convenient. read more

The girl helping us completely ignored my friend when he greeted her with a "hi how are you". She seemed really unhappy to be there. Dear Chipotle, ur food was so delicious and yummy but not even 10 mins in I had to use the restroom and I was exploding the bathroom cause the food must of just not been not good anymore, once I got out NOT even 10 mins i took a bite and my stomach started to hurt and i went to the bathroom and exploded again, now I lost a lot of weight. 2.3/10 read more

Came in a few minutes ago, rice was undercook, otherwise some what friendly staff, lobby can do better.

Place is gross the staff needs to clean it up. Everything is gross bathrooms included and no where to sit after you purchase food. Seems weird since you are suppose to eat here. Mangers sort it out ! Do better. read more

The only meat available was chicken. They said we could wait for the brisket so we paid and sat down. 10 minutes later I heard them telling someone it could be 30-45 minutes! Still NO other meat available. Just chicken. I got my money back and commented that it wouldn't be so bad if there were other choices available. Their response--"it happens" read more

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle! Usually if I know I'm going to be driving by a location near Chipotle around lunch or dinner time I will place an order for pickup. I always get a chicken burrito bowl. I love almost all the toppings. I pretty much get everything EXCEPT sour cream because I am severely lactose intolerant to anything that is not a hard cheese which will make me violently ill. I placed my order on the app very easily, received a notification that my order was ready early, and went in to pickup my order. From what I could tell employees were friendly and fast. The issue came when I got home and started to eat my burrito bowl. The employee who made my bowl must have just seen that I wanted pretty much all the toppings and put ALL the toppings, including sour cream. Unfortunately this led to me being unable to eat the majority of the bowl that I paid around $15 for. The employees need to make sure that they take care and actually pay attention to their mobile orders! Although I love Chipotle, if I can't trust that I can place a mobile order and pickup the correct order, I will stop going to Chipotle as I don't usually want to go and wait in line for them to make my order. read more

They were out of chips. Bad start. It was very dirty. Wait was ling considering they were fully staffed. Dirty bathroom with no toilet paper and wet paper towels and toilet paper on the ground around the toilet. Found plastic in my food. Did not speak to the employees about it as there was no point. They were also out of a lot of drinks and all the tables were dirty regardless of whether or not they had been used recently. Give this location a miss. read more

Popped in here today to grab a snack. Chips, guac, and agua fresca. The place was FILTHY. I can understand some debris here and there if in the middle of a rush, but it was past 2pm! Some patrons were eating, but I was able to walk right up to the cashier. It wasn't busy. The prep area was littered with lettuce and cheese shreds, and smeared with goop. Gross. For people with allergies this poses a big problem. Wipe it down!!! The floors were gross. The garbages were overflowing. Do better, Chipotle staff. Oh, and the soda machine is down. NO ICE. read more

I'm so upset, I ordered a salad online, lots of toppings checked and I got a handful of old looking spinach leaves and a handful of chicken. I actually thought the container was empty when I took it out of the bag. So my yummy salad I thought I was getting is the saddest salad I've ever seen. It was supposed to have chicken, rice, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa and sour cream. They won't replace it, told me to come in and they'd see what they could do. When you use door dash it's generally because you can't go.. so I'm out the door dash fee and no lunch. Nice. Seems other chipotles can't read the orders either, their online ordering is messed up. I just read a similar review. read more

I was getting a bowl and asked the lady for a scoop of guacamole for $2.50. The lady asks if I want 2 and I ask if it's $2.50 per scoop, where she replies it's just $2.50 for both. During check out, I got charged $5.00 for guacamole. This restaurant likes to give half a scoop for all the servings, making the portion significantly smaller than other Chipotles. Chipotle Mexican Grill - a plate of salad - Mexican Near Me - Woodburn, Oregon

I keep hoping the next time I get take out that I won't have to throw it out. The salad I received tonight had five spinach leaves and a bit of romaine. The fajita veg had a huge onion wedge. The chicken was maybe a table spoon of chicken mixture. The familiar large dollop of guacamole was the only item that was consistent with better orders. Another time I ordered a salad with steak. The steak was so old it was chewy and gristly. The added super hot spice to cover the taste. The dis was not supposed to be spicy. This happened twice. There are not many options in Woodburn for healthy eating. I wish Chipotle would get it together and at least make the food look it does in the menu pages. The prices are too high for such crap. read more

Hilariously bad signage when you walk in. Prepare to be confused if you've never been. Maybe a handy "order here" and "pay here" sign. Hint: go right when you walk in. Maybe it was a newbie employee, but zero direction was given when you're creating your bowl, taco, bowl, or whatever. Just a perpetual look of confusion given when you walk up. I ended up giving more direction to the employee (e.g. "So can I have rice and beans, or just one?"). I felt kind of bad. Bonus: no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Overall, nice and fresh ingredients at a moderate price, but if given a choice just go sit down at Denny's. read more

The restaurant was FILTHY. They were out of several toppings including all the rice. You can see the dirty dishes in the back everywhere and spilling over onto the floor. Extremely unprofessional and filthy and I also saw food safety procedures being broken. Do better. read more

Probably the worst chipotle service I've ever had ..... My burrito was wrapped so poorly it fell out as soon as I took the first bite It was only 11:45 and they were already out of chicken , brown rice , steak , and pinto beans . The staff does not give a flying fuck ..... I get it we all hate our jobs but they really could care less about the minimal customer service . Chipotle in general is usually a great experience every time. However this location has been the worst and I have gone often hoping the staff just had a rough day or maybe someone is knew and training . But that's not the case . Save your money read more

I had a good experience here. I ordered online and the food was ready when they said it would be. This is the first Chipotle where I've tried a special diet menu item. We had to wait over an hour for our order (two adult meals and three kid meals) to be fulfilled. While we waited, several people came in and were served immediately. When they finally got around to our order, they were out of things. Some of our food was cold. To make it worse, we had items missing -- items we paid extra for. They didn't reimburse us. I've been communicating with Corporate and the third party ordering system for about a month just to find out that the local restaurant denied the refund. read more

It was a rainy and gloomy day in Oregon, when my traveling crew pulled up to this particular chipotle location. As we reach, travelers have been driving up the i-5 for many many hours. Just wanted to hop on here and thank them for being so welcoming and nice and getting us back on the road with our stomachs full. We can always rely on you. Thanks! read more

Please taper back on the SALT!! Thee is no need to over salt the beans / rice. The salt in the meat and salsas should balance off the rest of the food. This is the third time I eat there and I've gotten overly salted food. I find that the over salting is happening in the beans ( mostly ) and in the rice. Rice really shouldn't be salted ; if anything, it should be very light. I've been to other chipotle locations and this one is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooo Salty! I need a gallon of water now. Absolutely horrendous in there EACH time I pop in. Always out of main key ingredients, utensils, and refreshments. The inside is always a mess, leftover food sitting out, food bar is always covered in food. Not to mention the staff is incredibly inconsiderate, keeping in mind they're probably all in high school, their lack of customer service let alone cleanness of the restaurant should be inexcusable. read more

Rude customer service. Went at 1:50 pm on the 31st of August 2021. There were a total of 4 customers in the store with only one behind me in line. Had to repeat my order several times because the employee was rushing my burrito bowl down the line. When I continued to ask for extra rice or extra meat he gave attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. He placed ingredients on my order I didn't ask for. I had a fair experience at this Chipotle. The employees were nice and efficient. The biggest downside was they don't take cash and I didn't see a sign for that until the front of the line.
