Ordered dinner for 4 through DoorDash. 1 of 2 bags were delivered. Went to store for our other bag . It was sitting on counter. The employee said he handed the door dash person the 2 bags for us. He now verified he messed up buy handing the driver 2 bags but didn't look at receipt to check For correct delivery. But they denied they made a Mistake. took our other bag, now cold. Also burrito bowl had hardly any chicken mostly rice and beans.. Asked for Different chips since the bag given to us was stale. The new bag was also old and stale also. In fairness DoorDash messed up too. The driver didn't check out the bags for delivery otherwise they would have seen the receipts and realized they were missing part of the order. The girl helping us completely ignored my friend when he greeted her with a "hi how are you". She seemed really unhappy to be there. Honestly i've never given a yelp review before but i've given this Chipotle multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The customer service is almost always rude and unwelcoming. Employees rarely greet you when you walk in, and no one seems friendly or even willing to smile, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the store has been closed more than 30 minutes before the posted closing time on multiple occasions, which is really frustrating if you make the trip expecting them to be open. When they are open, they're somehow frequently out of several ingredients, which defeats the whole point of going to Chipotle where you're supposed to have options. The food quality hasn't been great either. The rice is almost always undercooked and hard, and the tortillas aren't warm-pressed like they're supposed to be. It makes the burritos feel rushed and poorly made. Overall, the service, food quality, and reliability at this location need serious improvement. I hope management takes notice because this location could be much better with some basic attention to customer service and food preparation. read more

I'm sad that this chipotle wasn't it! I usually have great experience with consistency however this location fell short. Upon arriving there was a sign up on the door that said online orders only. We get it staffing is short so no worries there, however the staff was a little aggressive when we walked in and started yelling that it was online order only... When we got our food it was inedible as the rice was severely undercooked. They replaced our order with brown rice saying that they would need to throw out all the white rice to remake it. However, when we were eating they just kept serving the undercooked rice to all the online orders..... that was very off putting to see as o would be pretty unhappy to get home and my order was raw. Popped in here today to grab a snack. Chips, guac, and agua fresca. The place was FILTHY. I can understand some debris here and there if in the middle of a rush, but it was past 2pm! Some patrons were eating, but I was able to walk right up to the cashier. It wasn't busy. The prep area was littered with lettuce and cheese shreds, and smeared with goop. Gross. I'm so upset, I ordered a salad online, lots of toppings checked and I got a handful of old looking spinach leaves and a handful of chicken. I actually thought the container was empty when I took it out of the bag. So my yummy salad I thought I was getting is the saddest salad I've ever seen. It was supposed to have chicken, rice, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa and sour cream. They won't replace it, told me to come in and they'd see what they could do. My burrito was wrapped so poorly it fell out as soon as I took the first bite It was only 11:45 and they were already out of chicken , brown rice , steak , and pinto beans . Hilariously bad signage when you walk in. Prepare to be confused if you've never been. Maybe a handy "order here" and "pay here" sign. Hint: go right when you walk in. Maybe it was a newbie employee, but zero direction was given when you're creating your bowl, taco, bowl, or whatever. Just a perpetual look of confusion given when you walk up. I ended up giving more direction to the employee (e.g. "So can I have rice and beans, or just one?"). I felt kind of bad. Bonus: no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Let me start by saying I love Chipotle! Usually if I know I'm going to be driving by a location near Chipotle around lunch or dinner time I will place an order for pickup. I always get a chicken burrito bowl. I love almost all the toppings. I pretty much get everything EXCEPT sour cream because I am severely lactose intolerant to anything that is not a hard cheese which will make me violently ill. I placed my order on the app very easily, received a notification that my order was ready early, and went in to pickup my order. From what I could tell employees were friendly and fast. The issue came when I got home and started to eat my burrito bowl. The employee who made my bowl must have just seen that I wanted pretty much all the toppings and put ALL the toppings, including sour cream. Unfortunately this led to me being unable to eat the majority of the bowl that I paid around $15 for. The employees need to make sure that they take care and actually pay attention to their mobile orders! Although I love Chipotle, if I can't trust that I can place a mobile order and pickup the correct order, I will stop going to Chipotle as I don't usually want to go and wait in line for them to make my order. read more

Please taper back on the SALT!! Thee is no need to over salt the beans / rice. The salt in the meat and salsas should balance off the rest of the food. This is the third time I eat there and I've gotten overly salted food. I find that the over salting is happening in the beans ( mostly ) and in the rice. Rice really shouldn't be salted ; if anything, it should be very light. I've been to other chipotle locations and this one is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooo Salty! I need a gallon of water now. Rude customer service. Went at 1:50 pm on the 31st of August 2021. There were a total of 4 customers in the store with only one behind me in line. Had to repeat my order several times because the employee was rushing my burrito bowl down the line. When I continued to ask for extra rice or extra meat he gave attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. He placed ingredients on my order I didn't ask for. I had a fair experience at this Chipotle. The employees were nice and efficient. The biggest downside was they don't take cash and I didn't see a sign for that until the front of the line. This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences we have ever had. Not only were the restaurant and bathrooms absolutely filthy (I'm talking hugely hazardous filth), but we found a big piece of plastic in our child's bowl of food. I ordered a salad and they knew they were out of dressing but failed to tell me until after they made my whole salad...I would have ordered something else had they let me know. I kindly asked if they could just sub $1.50 side of queso instead and they said no, which I thought was interesting considering they failed to let me know they didn't have a key part of the salad. They did not intend to give us the kids' meal side (chips/fruit) unless we asked for it. Our chicken pastor bowl was missing all of the seasoning on the chicken, and our other chicken bowl was nothing but fat and gristle chunks. The gal at the counter quite literally shoved our bag to us after paying and said nothing. The service was horrible, so rude and and clearly careless.
