I received a pop-up notification from the Chipotle app about a Rewards-Only offer to try the new Honey Chicken. Ordering on the app was easy. I could split my request for black & pinto beans to get half of each, and even ask for extra white rice and extra fajita veggies. The new Honey Chicken hit first with some spice but then the Honey comes through & it almost seems too sweet. I'll probably stick with my usual from here on out, but it was definitely worth a try. It was absolutely horrible, the employee was giving portion sizes where it looked like they were rationing, I ordered double chicken and in the second "scoop" there was maybe 4-5 pieces of chicken, skimpy on the queso, I asked for double white rice, she completely ignored me and continued on, absolutely horrible experience giving one star is being extremely generous because I can't go lower. read more

I ordered here online once and will not again. My bowl was maybe 1/3 full. Less food than a kids meal. Upon pickup there were no parking spots and there was a line nearly out the door. I complained about the issue using their AI support and was only offered a free pop, with no option to get further help. read more

I went there at 12:30 pm, (the pick time for lunch time) on a Thursday and there wasn't any brown rice and the guacamole was black. This is the second location this happened to me and my family . It is so consistently good here. I have been ordering the same thing just about once per week. Chicken quesadilla, side of sour cream and white rice. The fresh salsa is amazing. I'm a big chipotle fan but this experience I had yesterday (October 9th at 7:30pm) has really tainted my outlook on this place and honestly made me and my friend feel unsafe. On top of our orders being completely wrong, an Islamaphobic and racist worker here made our trip to this chipotle completely awful and distasteful. My friend ordered a sofritas bowl but it was incorrectly made with chicken so she jumped back in line to have it correctly made. She politely asked to have it remade and a Caucasian male worker started to remake her bowl while already speaking to her rudely. When she said if he wanted the chicken bowl back. He proceeded to say "No we can't take it back there might be a bomb in it or something". She was shocked and asked again if he really said that or if she misheard. He proceeded to confirm that he did say that. My friend came to me with tears in her eyes and her face flustered with emotions. I simply could not stand to stay in this place any longer or eat their food. After a long day, we had lost our appetites. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment and I truly hope this Chipotle fixes its issues and doesn't hire more racists. People are meant to feel safe and this place doesn't do that. read more

Margaret & Connor seriously deserve a raise, they make the worst day turn into the best day. Terrible terrible terrible, said they were out of white rice for the night, then as I'm paying hear DoorDash guy ask the guy cooking how much longer for the rice and he says only 1 minute. Been to all different locations in Buffalo regularly, this one is consistently the best. Food is always good and it's sort of a small location so the wait is minimal. Rarely out of anything, never seen online only orders, if they have staffing problems they manage well. Great location! read more

Such a hit and miss restaurant. The Wednesday lunch crew was incredibly disrespectful to me after my order was already 15 min. I only get 30 min on my lunch break, and I find that they put the complete wrong order in my bag. I tried to request a refund and their only "offer" was a free entree. That is not how business works. This is a brand new Chipotle, nestled near the heart of the Williamsville village area. It is a smaller Chipotle in a brand new building, with a decent sized parking lot in the rear. There isn't a huge seating area here, maybe four tables, a bar with stools in the middle, and a counter with some chairs along the front window. The food line seems smaller too, so if it were busy, it may pile up in here quickly. But we stopped by on a weekday evening, and had no issues with parking, nor much of a crowd inside at that time. The food was as good as any other decent Chipotle. My daughter and I are both meatless, her vegan, so we like the plant-based faux-meat options here. On this visit, I went with the Sofritas tacos, and my kid went with a Chorizo burrito, all meat-free. This Chipotle was heavy-handed with all of the innards, resulting in a big-ass burrito for my daughter and three hearty tacos for me. Everything was fresh and tasty. I particularly like the sweet corn salsa at Chipotle. It has a great sweet-slightly-heat flavor. I deducted a star because the app wasn't working to be able to scan my code for points. I am a points hound in general at any restaurant that has a points system, so that was disappointing. But the staff was apologetic about it, and friendly overall with preparing and cashing out our order. I am happy with this first visit to this new Williamsville Chipotle, and will surely be back again to enjoy their tasty, fresh, meatless options. read more

I love chipotle but, this location is awful. I have given it a few tries and I am always left unimpressed. The kitchen looks disgusting. There was garbage everywhere. The staff was just throwing dirty rags and containers around. The woman who I can only assume is a manager (due to her bossing the staff around in a condescending tone) is extremely unprofessional and rude. She comes off as standoffish and rolled her eyes frequently at me. (I only ordered one bowl, simple order). She seemed frustrated that customers were even there. She kept cutting me off mid sentence while I was trying to order my bowl. The cashier didn't even read me my total she just stared at me and waited for me to hand her money. Unprofessional behavior. She then gave me the wrong amount of change back and had to re-count. If your in the mood for Chipotle, go to the transit location NOT this one. read more

After waiting in line for a few minutes, the worker shouts to the line "We're out of chicken!" We figured, okay maybe they had a busy day. So today I go into this esblishment at 630 there was no meat available, no queso, 3 people with a fully stocked line for togos but barely anything in window to dress your bowl with , there were 9 people and only 1 person making food while line was backed up kid making burritos asked for help and was ignored .... Also cashier was not friendly she was not cheerful at all like most places you go they at least say have a good day and greet u wen u go to cash out. Everyone looked miserable . And each time I go in they have queso for to gos but not for in house. I probably will never go back to this location. And it's sad cause I have to travel 15 mins from my house to the next closest location . I jus feel if the company is open to ten food should be available I mean they are charging 20 bucks for a bowl I should be able to get fresh chicken black beans and queso.
