This is an update to a previous one star review. Previously this store ran out of rice. This time I'm second in line at the register and the lady in front of me is getting tons of quarters as change. They are out of dollar bills so I say to the lady that at least they aren't out of rice this time and she looks at me and says, "they were out of rice?!" Yup. Then I ask for a bag of chips - the checker responds that they are out of chips. The lady in front of me just stars cackling and shaking her head. This location is very poorly managed. It needs a management makeover and probably some more staff. Terrible for what is an excellent location. read more

Ordered food online and picked it up in the Chipotlane. The female employee at the window was in NO hurry to attend to customers waiting. It was apparent that she had no desire to provide good customer service as she did not greet us or take pride in her work attire. Her shirt was gross - covered in various stains such as sour cream, queso, salsa, etc. Then, when we received our food, the bag was covered in various slime-y food from sitting on a dirty counter top. We ended up asking to put our food in another bag because it was that gross. The car in front of us did the same. The food was okay. Standard chipotle flavor. Ingredients were thrown together and special requests such as "light" or "extra" of "free" ingredients were ignored. We will not be back to this location due to its lack of cleanliness. If this is what they're willing to let customers see, I cannot imagine how disgusting staff only areas/tools are. I have already left a review/complaint on the Chipotle website. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - bottom of the bag my takeout was in - Fast Food Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

This place is a shit hole. I'll never eat here. Dirty, no napkins all the table are dirty. Floor is dirty. I can't believe management allows this read more

This location is the most trashed and disgusting one I have ever been to . The staff was completely incompetent and had no sense of urgency to tend to a customer. We stood there waiting to pay for 10 minutes while the cashier stood there on her phone playing music on Spotify. The food was horrible and the meat wasn't cooked all the way and the rice was hard like it has been sitting there or was poorly cooked. I wish I would have taken a picture of the floor behind the counter because it was so filthy like they have not been mopping at all . The floor where you sit had food pieces flung all over , the tables were dirty and they had trays stacked up by the trash with no sense of urgency to clean them up . I will never be going here again . read more

The place is an absolute pigsty!!! The tables are all filthy and none of the workers seem to care one bit. Food is all over the floor too! As busy as this place is they need a designated cleaner. read more

Soup. Just soup. Got half a scoop of rice not even a quarter of the guac and basically no protein. Straight sour cream and corn. read more

Choose any other Chipotle. There isn't a time I order from this Chipotle where there isn't an issue. It's conveniently located near my house so I keep giving them a try but EVERY time there is something wrong. New management needed ASAP. read more

This is the worst run Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff is robotic, unorganized and overwhelmed , they run out of food during the lunch hour and the eating area and trash disposal are not bussed with any kind of regularity. There are food remnants on the floor and on every table with overflowing trash greeting you as you leave. It's gross. read more

They started sloping stuff on the bowl I didn't want or request. No apology or offer to redo it the way I wanted. read more

When I received my food, imagine my disappointment when I opened my burrito bowl and saw it was only 1/4 of the way filled. I payed a hard earned $11.29 on this burrito bowl, Every single day I slave away and expect to have a nice meal and the end of the week. But instead, I unfortunately cannot even have that. read more

This is the dirtiest chipotle location I've ever been to. I have been here 4 times over an 18 month period, and it has been filthy every single time. Food and trash on tables and floors in the dining room. Don't dare look back into the kitchen - I don't think it sees a rag until closing each night. 10/10 recommend the 10 minute drive to literally any other chipotle. read more

This Chipotle needs to get it together. I don't know why this location is constantly understaffed and the orders aren't right. I placed an online order over an hour ago and the order is over 35 minutes past the pick up time. I just don't understand how all the other locations are thriving but this one is terrible. The Chipotlane was a nice idea but not if you're sitting there in your car for 30 minutes waiting for food. Got home and the entire order was wrong! Went back and they had locked the doors and the employees were cleaning up 30 minutes before closing time. People, find a different location. This one is awful! read more

2nd and last time we eat at this location, both times their barbacoa was dry and has absolutely no flavor. Every other Chipotle we go to has great barbacoa but this location just can't get it right! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Barbacoa - Fast Food Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

Don't know what the others are talking about, this is the best chipotle in Wichita. I eat here at least once a week and do not ever recall having any issues. Wah, wah...they didn't say thank you and the barbacoa was slightly dry...give me a break. You want to get your order wrong and/or possibly stolen? Then go to south rock (although I'm a fan of the location as well). Oh and chipotlane is amazing. read more

It was only 8 pm and they were out of queso and had to go to the back for other things. The service was not very good with a pretty angry lady at the end. I had to pay for a cup because they weren't doing water cups even tho all I wanted was water. There food without queso is just alright at best. I love chipotle normally but this experience was terrible! read more

Service sucks. Dirty counter and really slow service. Employees don't care and have no motivation. 8 employees and counter was vacant. Got sick of waiting and left. Worst Chipotle around. Do not go to this one in Greenwich Place Wichita Ks read more

Thought for sure the kinks would be worked out. Had reward points for free guac. They forgot the guac. At least it was free. Ordered extra veggies. Got no veggies. Was still good, but not what I ordered. read more

I don't know why they can't juggle the orders faster. I've been waiting for an order more than 15 minutes - had to involve the manager and that was five minutes ago. Still waiting. Hire more people, plan for dinner crowds more appropriately, or figure it out. Please. It's only here not anywhere else. read more

I love chipotle it is my favorite place to eat. This chipotle is awful. They just opened but have been there 5 time because they have the pickup window and every time my order has sucked. Never gotten utensils on any visit. Meat is like half to a quarter of what other chipotles give. And they mess my order up about half of my visits. Just go to the rock road if you want chipotle. read more

I work in the area and love Chipotle, so I order from this location for lunch occasionally. However, I never seem to get my order in full, it's usually missing a side, the entree, or I'm given someone else's food. I'm never given what I pay for and it's extremely frustrating. Today there was an entire side missing, plus the guacamole (an extra dollar or two) on my entree. I ordered with hesitancy, because I know they usually get it wrong. Lo and behold, they got it wrong! The people at the chipotlane never stick around to make sure I got the right order either, and since I'm on a time crunch I don't have time to walk in, have them remake it, and eat. This is the only Chipotle I've ever had issues with. read more

Don't go here if your a veteran! Apparently manager told me not doing the buy one get one free for Veterans Day!

I ordered mine and my son's online, my son went and picked up the orders. Came back home and my order is incorrect, they put Guacamole on my tacos. I never order that since I don't like it and it is extra. When I called to at least have my tacos reimbursed, since I ordered online, they told me that I would have to go back to the restaurant so they can have the card to reimburse. If I wanted to do that, I would have gotten back in my car to have the order done correctly. Paying attention to detail is what makes or breaks a business. This restaurant cannot seem understand that customer's orders need to be correct. And if they are not, do what is right to make it correct. read more

Serving size on a bowl is terrible. Less than half full. Found a full bay leaf in my food as well as a bone from the chicken I ordered. Don't charge an arm and a leg for minimal portions and inedible things in my food. I've got pictures of the chicken bone found in my food. Absolutely terrible. read more

hands down the WORST customer service I've ever seen, they don't speak at the door say "thank you" or even have a "hello"! The young girl at the window practically threw the food at us And then slammed the door and ignored us when asked for our purchased drink! read more
