First off all I gotta admit: WWE Wrestler PENTA Sent me here, no I didn't speak to him personally and I've never met him. He gave a shoutout to chipotle in his recent Celtic Warrior Workout videos with Sheamus on his YouTube channel. If you've been to one chipotle, then you've been to them all, they all look the same, the experience is the same. I always go to this one since it's near the gym that I go to, just a few blocks and there I am. This particular location is never busy before 2pm. I always order a protein burrito with steak, sofritas, white rice, beans and avocado. The portions are generous, service is fast and my burrito is done in a few minutes or less. Ingredients are fresh and avocado here is a hit! Tons of seating with a great view. Asked my sister to get me chipotle for dinner. I don't get any toppings so I know obviously my tacos aren't going to be as full but what kind of servings are these? Damn I'm really disappointed to say that you should NOT come here during opening hours. NONE of the food was ready until 11am, the store opens at 10:30am. It's a pain in the ass to wait 30 minutes and it wasn't even the order I really wanted cause they weren't prepared (queso blanco, sour cream, much more was not ready. I wanna give them a pass just cause there was some sort of health inspector giving them the rundown but if a business says they open at 10:30am the expectation is that the food will already be prepared in advance to be served at that time. There were employees inside (and one was actually sitting down eating) but they were not coming to the door to address people outside. There was no sign on the door either. First came in when it was new. Everything was clean & shiny, but it has gone downhill since. The food was okay but counters, floor and tables had food. Either nobody cares or not enough folks working to clean the customer area. On several days, this Chipotle has ran out of steak, carnitas, AND chicken. One day, at 2PM they said they were out of steak, carnitas, and chicken, for THE REST OF THE DAY. We of course left. Also, there were like 3-4 staff not doing anything. Like what the heck? Another day, we were hopeful for steak, but they said it was a 10 minute wait for the steak. We waited patiently but it turned into a 25 minute wait. And the guy seemed annoyed that he had to cook it! Today, it was an estimated 20 minute wait for steak. We left. Disappointed but not surprised. Very disappointed. I am a frequent Chipotle customer (not at this location), and am VERY disappointed. This is like 1 out of 20 locations that I have had issues with. Represents the company terribly. Also, staff are lazy. Sometimes we walk in, (and the restaurant is empty) and the staff are chit chatting with each other and don't even greet us, let alone take our order for several minutes so we're just standing awkwardly looking at them. Then they seem bothered when they have to help us. But at least there was steak that time lol. Usually every Chipotle is friendly and efficient. I ordered a bowl with chicken because that's all the meat that was available. Aside from them being out of almost all meats. They had all their "aguas" empty. They charged me for vinaigrette, it was thick and chunky. The meat they did have had no flavor. I asked for grilled vegetables and was told that I would have to wait a long time if I wanted any --whatever that means. In any event, they weren't sizzling on the grill. Second review of a Chipotle in the past couple years and even though it's a different location the same problems persist. Just had a carnitas bowl and the portion was all rice and beans and it left me searching for the carnitas. By the time I found them I lost interest. Chips must have been from the previous night, they had zero crunch and VERY stale. To top it off the bottled coke was warm.
