Let me tell you!! The food here was flavored so well I didn't need any extra salt or flavor to appreciate it. The server was so sweet and smiled when she served me making sure to repeat what I said to her to make sure she heard correctly. The only matter that concerned me was that the ledge wasn't cleaned off. There was lettuce and other food particles that was on it and I didn't like that it wasn't cleaned before attempting to serve us. Other than that, I'll still go back! I'd like that same, sweet young lady to take my order, she was the best! read more

Chipotle has consistently been going downhill over the years with lack of flavor, poor food prep and terrible service. With the rising costs I would rather order from a local Mexican restaurant instead. The new chicken Al pastor was a slight improvement over the standard chicken. The restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. Will likely not return. read more

We had an issue with a catering order getting cancelled. The Wadsworth store told us they wouldn't help in any way. I believe the manager actually said "Too bad." The manager in the Norton location went out of their way to make sure our event was a success. read more

This Chipotle is very hit or miss. It depends who is working that day and whether they are in a good mood or not- that will depend if your food is a normal portion or small. The line always goes quickly when they are busy and there is plenty of seating available inside and on the patio. read more

This Chipotle is not consistent with portions. $35 for three chicken bowls and they were half empty. I will not be going to this location anymore because you never know what you're going to get. read more

This Chipotle is in a consistent steady decline. There are other stores which meet or exceed my expectation, but this one is rotten. Speed is ok, management was condescending to another employee in full view. Our most recent carry-out order: Barbacoa dry Cold everything Pintos room temp Rice clumpy, cold, no salt, no seasoning Guacamole brown Large pieces of fajita veggies not very cooked read more

I downloaded yelp a while back because I had such a good experience at a restaurant that I felt I had to say something. Now almost a year later I open the app again to do the exact opposite. My experience is the reason I will not be going back to any chipotle ever again. This chain of restaurants hands down has the worst portion control of any chain I have ever been to. Your entire experience is made or broken by the person serving you food and how they are feeling that day. Sometimes I have had a kind worker who gives a real portion of food, but more often than not I am given as little as possible. It feels like it is done solely to spite me, I don't get why the workers always have so much hate in their hearts for me. I love the food and am always so let down when I give into my cravings to get it, because I AM LEFT HUNGRY. It hurts even more watching the person next to me be served by a different person, and they get their meal loaded up. Chipotle, count your days because if you don't fix this and start giving consistent proper portions, you will run yourself into the ground. Goodbye forever chipotle. read more

As former employees of Chipotle, my wife and I have seen the good and bad of food service. We were both very impressed. Everything tasted as it should: fresh, not over seasoned, balanced. They are definitely attentive to following the recipes. The chicken and guac especially were on point! The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dining room was clean and the line, while not perfect, was pretty clean and organized. Great job guys! read more

Service was good staff was great food was just fair it seems as though the quality is really going down

Ordered dbl brisket and dbl brown rice with 2 extra addons and got screwed royally.. Bidenomics meal, half of the bowl was empty.. wtf!.. paying $20 down the toilet read more

Don't waste your money!!! Wadsworth chipotle will skimp out on their online orders. This is ridiculous $45 for 1/2 of what you get in the store. read more

Do not order online they don't listen to your order that you pay for. If order extra chicken that cost more they don't even put an extra scoop and they won't even give you extra rice. Just go in and order in person so they actually get your order right. Also had a hair in my wifes order as well, subpar performance per usual read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Order straight out of the bag - Mexican Near Me - Wadsworth, Ohio

This location has gone downhill past couple of years. The flavor was good and everything it's just the portion sizes are terrible. The person in front of asked for white rice (no extra) and they gave him 2 big scoops. Then I am up and I say extra white rice please and I get 1 big scoop and a half ass second scoop so less than the guy in front of me who asked for no extra. It's like they literally hear you and just ignore what you asked for. The Norton location is fantastic and only an extra 5 minutes for me so I suggest going there if you can rather than the Wadsworth one. read more

over cooked rice and the bowl wasn't filled up at all portion size was for a 2 year old. I legit had 3 pieces of lettuce when I asked for extra lettuce. Wast of money. if I could give zero stars I would. read more

Really disappointed in Chipotle's Wadsworth location. I'm not sure why consistency fails at most locations when it comes to mobile ordering, but it NEEDS fixed, especially at Chipotle on High St... Multiple times i've either had poorly cooked meat, half of my order missing, or my burrito bowl is barely half full (rip off). I've had it because tonight I did a mobile pickup order (thinking it would be better than my delivery experiences), but no. My EXTRA and EXPENSIVE side of Guac was disgusting, completely brown, and looked nothing like it should. (I even scraped off the top knowing Guac usually browns on the outside as exposed to air but I just found even more brown)! Do better Wadsworth Chipotle!!!! read more

This place is so rushed for absolutely no reason. Every time I go in there the workers act like there is a mile long line out the door even though I'm usually the only one in line. They constantly mess up the order and can't seem to take a breath. Do better. read more

4 days to get off the toilet after 1/2 a salad bowl. I realize there is a long history of this happening at chipotle. Never again

Trash on the floor, garbage cans overfilled, inch of water in bathroom - and a line out the door? Are we buying jeans in Soviet Russia?

Stopped by Chipotle for lunch during the busiest time of day and I was out in 10 minutes. My wife introduced me to the salad bowl recently. I've always opted for a standard chicken bowl with rice, until now. So instead of rice, I get more romaine lettuce. The taste and food quality are excellent. That's why Chipotle's lines are out the door. I need to start using the Chipotle app and eating here more often. Great stuff! read more

Super busy with long lines, but impressed at how quickly they can get people through. I thought I'd be in line for 30 minutes, but was out the door in 10. Food is always consistent and good. The chicken bowl and soft tacos were good, but the chips and queso were outstanding. The corn salsa was way too spicy this time. read more

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon and should have known by the 4 people seated that I should have turned around and left. I have never been to a Chipotle that there wasn't a line! Restaurant was dirty, food on the floor, trash cans were overflowing, employees laughing at a video someone was sharing....not a good vibe. Took food home. Everything tasted old and threw 3/4 of it away. Got terrible upset stomach afterwards. Called management and got a half assed answer with attitude from Nick. Not surprised... Will never go back to this hole in Wadsworth. read more

Wow, this place is nasty! I've never been to a chipotle this filthy. By the way, if your employees are sick. Send them home and not cough on the food all night. I couldn't even order food. It was that bad. I'll post pics, but it doesn't show how bad it really is. read more

Don't recommend online ordering at this location. You will wait for at least ten minutes past your estimated time and be given ice cold foods. The burritos will also lack the name labels so you will have to actually dig into your item before you know who it belongs to. There seems to be no management available. Employees who are finished working hang out with cashier while eating. If you order at the counter you avoid all those problems. So just do t order online. read more

Do I rate chipolte with 1 star or door dash? Either way, no order. Neither company was available to let me know where my very first delivery order was. Money out of account and no order. No luck and very hungry and disaapointed...and out of money that I will have to stress over tobget back. One star is way too much. read more

I've probably been to 25/30 different chipotles and this one has to be the lowest ranking. Chipotle Is one of my go to places. Normally chipotle chain is known for given you good size portions of tasty food. Wadsworth's location not so much. online orders are slimed down versions of what you order at the counter and are always messed up, slopped together like they couldn't take the extra second and do it right. I normally order 1/2 chicken, 1/2 steak. This store always forgets to put the second. I'm left Literally 4 cubes of chicken in a wet mess of juice.I'm paying full price for 1/8 the proteins. I think they don't care because you not watching them. But even know it's messy and super skimpy it still tastes alright so given 2 stars. I normally pick up in Fairlawn or Medina to avoid this location. Sometimes I just can't travel far and get here in wadsworth feeling completely ripped off. read more

This chipotle used to be pretty good. However, it has gone downhill in recent years. The guacamole had been tasteless and clumpy the last several times I visited. They aren't very fast and they mess up orders all the time. They cross contaminate meats and cheese (the cheese is always in the guac!!!). I got a side of guac tonight and it was literally one hard clump of avocado. I would recommend an immediate change in staff. read more

Food was cold and my burrito was falling apart at first bite. The place needs a good cleaning and a class on how to serve food .

I have been a Chipotle regular for quite some time, eating there at least twice per week. In the past, I've been pretty satisfied with this Chipotle's food quality, service, and portion sizes. However, recently, the service has been slowing down and they've been running out of major ingredients. Last night, I waited for around 40 minutes in line at this Chipotle. When I finally reached the front, they were out of brown rice. I settled for white, since a bowl with no rice would lack substance. Then, the workers let my bowl sit on the line with about 7 others as they started a large take-out order. After at least 5 minutes, I finally reached the register, got some chips, and went on my way. When I got home, I was disappointed to find out the chips were stale and the bowl overall didn't taste quite right. I thought nothing of it until I woke up in the middle of the night with my head over the toilet. This pitiful Chipotle experience has caused me to lose my taste for one of my favorite restaurants; they will not be getting my business for quite some time. read more

I go to this Chipotle a lot, I get a burrito and it's not often that it is messed up. This place is pretty busy most of the time so I strongly reccomend that you place an order with their app. Sometimes they don't give you enough meat and try to cheap you out but not a lot. A lot of families go here and groups of students so most of the time it is loud. Prices arnt bad if youre ordering for one but it can be a lot if you are getting food for more than three people. Enployees arnt nice but not mean, some of them need more training. read more
