Would never go back to this location. Just a terrible experience. Waited over 30 mins in line to pickup an online order. No workers were concerned about the 10 car line. Even when you got to the window, no one would look at the pickup window. Cars waited in front of the window when it was their turn for 5 mins at a time. Completely unorganized and managed poorly. Lady finally helped and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. I get people have poor days but this place is rated a 1 star for a reason. Hope it improves. read more

Usually pretty good, but just ordered and got the wrong item. I ordered a burrito, but got a bowl. There was no notice of this on the app or during pickup. I didn't know until I got home. I tried to report it through the app, but it doesn't have the option to (only wrong toppings/protein, no option for wrong item entirely). A heads up through the app that they're out of tortillas (if that's the case) would've been nice. Would've gone elsewhere to eat in that case. read more

I am a fan of Chipotle. A huge fan. Just not this one. The restaurant is always dirty. Like nobody takes out the trash and it just piles up. And nobody sweeps. Or does anything. They never have tea. They are always out of something - like chips or other key items. It's like this - imagine a restaurant where neither ownership nor employees cared: it would be better than this. We have been waiting for 35 to 40 minutes for a pick up order. The cashier was very rude any time she was asked an estimate and would never give us one. She talked to everyone around us afterwards and gave us dirty looks. The guy was trying to make orders, but she kept interrupting him and being rude to him as well. The trash was overflowing onto the ground as well and overall, this was a very terrible experience. I will not be back. EDIT: In the mist of all of this, the cashier decided to have the cooks make her food so she could sit down and eat while we all waited. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. read more

I when there to get the tread burrito and the work station was not clean. And the service was a 3 because I supposed and got one big burrito instead three individual one for $37.45. On the second time I went here, I was told, "they did not make crunchy tacos this morning". No crunchy tacos at fast food restaurant? That unacceptable. I walked out after waiting a very long time in line. Also, a woman ahead of me in line wanted to order quesadillas, but was told they only could get them for orders placed online and they would not make an exception for her right there. The staff is friendly, this is one of the few Chipotles that doesn't short change the portions, and the food quality is on point. I go there at least once a week. I constantly have issues with their drink selection. I'm an unsweetened tea drinker for health reasons and they simply don't carry it. I started asking if they have tea made because more often than not it isn't, but this hasn't helped. When they do make tea, the options are semi sweet or very sweet. read more

My family wanted something to eat, so we decided on Chipotle, which we'd never had before. We ordered on the app, and since it was our first order, we'd get free guacamole. I ordered 3 beef tacos and chips and "salsa." We also ordered one regular chicken taco, and a pineapple chicken salad bowl. We arrived and picked up our order, ( after figuring out how to get into the drive thru) I wanted an aqua fresca since I'd never had one, another member of my fam. wanted one too. We drive up, and the lady there asks us what order are we, we tell her and she says, "Sorry, we don't have aqua Fresca" so we just got coke. When I went to this chipotle I did have good food, the steak sizes were great and the food was fresh. But I will say the customer service wasn't the best they were all over the place and then some people were just playing around. There is always something wrong at this location. Every time I go, it's either they're out of chicken, out of lettuce, out of queso, you name it. Now today, their entire ordering system is "down", so you can't get food unless you order online and pick it up. I only had cash on me, so I had to leave hungry. When this location first opened, it was a big disappointment. The staff was disinterested in doing their job to say the very least. They were always out of food and the place was a mess. Last night, I had a very different experience. Fast and friendly service from the staff members. Generous portions with all of the options available. There were a few tables in need of cleaning but a staff member came out and started cleaning all the tables while I was there so I know the cleanliness of the restaurant is on their radar. Seeing as this is my first review ever, I am slightly upset that it has to be a negative one. I had hoped that I would start off with a positive view of a restaurant as I know many hole-in-the-wall places deserve positive reviews. That being said, I have to voice out my opinion about the Chipotle in Starkville. I have gone to this Chipotle about 20 times since the location has opened and I have been disappointed for more than half of those times. You may be asking yourself, "if you have been dissatisfied with Chipotle for more than half of the times you go there, than why do you still go there?" And the answer to this questions is quiet simple. I like to make sure that I have given the location enough tries before making my decision. Not only does this allow me to see if they change, but it allows me to see what is consistently wrong with the establishment. From what I can tell about Chipotle is that they are consistently ordering far to little tortillas and that they are consistently forgetting items in online orders. For anyone who understands the food business, one thing is certain when it comes to ordering stock. That is to make sure that the item you use the most in the store is the item you have stocked the most of. In this case, Chipotle should be ordering tortillas more than anything else since 90% of the menu uses tortillas. It is always upsetting to see an establishment receive a bad review, but there are the few that truly deserve it and hopefully they are able to finally fix their issues through each and everyone of these bad reviews. read more

I was very disappointed all around and would not recommend to potential customers. I am a very wealthy and attractive person and I can promise that this establishment will not get another dime of my money or time. I went to chipotle today, and I ordered two steak bowls with extra steak. Instead, I received two garlic steak balls with extra garlic steak. This increased the price far past what I was comfortable paying. When I asked for the steak bowl I asked for the price of the extra meat I was told $4.90 when I was checking out I noticed that it was $6.90. That is because they gave me garlic steak not steak. When I told management this, I was gaslighted and told me that I ordered garlic steak. I did not know garlic steak was on the menu, so how would I even order it? it is A new item I have never seen. I ordered regular steak why would I ask for something that I didn't know existed on the menu? The management repeatedly gaslighted me and told me that I ordered some thing I did not, he refused to believe me, took the word of his hard of hearing employees... Very poor customer service, and poor of hearing employees apparently. The cook, who did not hear me was waving his knife around swearing up and down that I ordered garlic steak even though I didn't know garlic steak was an option. Mumbling under his breath, how I was a dumb ass. It's pretty easy to read lips. Poor customer service, and incredible gaslighting. No need to come here again, I'll give my business to another franchise with respect for people. read more

I've been in Starkville for 6 years and have been BEGGING for a Chipotle (since the closest one, to my knowledge, is in Oxford.) We finally got one and I can say... I'm slightly disappointed. The service is always great, the people are nice and respectful and my order is always made well. I go about once every week to two weeks BUT the restaurant is always dirty. In the last 4 times I've gone, they never have salad dressing, which is the cherry on top of my meal. And they never have forks and instead, just fill up all the utensil holders with spoons. read more

All restaurants in town know to be prepared for game day. No guacamole, no fajita vegetables, no brown rice, NO CHIPS.
