The service in the drive thru at this location is terrible. Whoever is running this location (manager) needs to be fired. The employees don't even acknowledge you at the window for 20+ minutes, then once they finally do it takes about another 15-20 minutes to receive your food. What is the point of ordering online and setting for a pick up time if you don't even get your food till about 40 minutes after that time. It is so ridiculous. Cars in the drive thru are constantly honking to get one of the workers attention because no one comes to the window. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to reevaluate their staff teach customer service or better yet hire a whole new staff. read more

So after watching all these food tiktokers eating burritos from this place I was craving one. The amount is great definitely a huge portion but the rice inside wasn't fully cooked, had some crunch to it. The service is very friendly and fast, the restaurant itself was clean and had adequate amount of tables. The thing that stood out the most was the guacamole.....very good! read more

Did an online order at 9:30pm store restaurant does not close still 11pm I live 15 minutes away from this location the closest one near me get home and my orders is completely wrong I did not receive what I asked for I only got 3 items on my bowl rice chicken and lettuce and burrito out of all my ingredients that I add on this. This not the first time this happened I go to drive thru and in my defense how come the worker can't warn me and let me know that they don't have the items that I asks for instead of me having to find out myself once I get home read more

Came here two weeks ago and the chicken was out. They had just put more on and said it would be at least a 10-14 minute wait. We left. Came back last week and they said it would be an 8-12 min wait for chicken. Here today and chicken is out and it's a 10 min wait. Crazy thought... start cooking chicken before the chicken finishes. read more

Food is great every time and the staff are amazing! Shout out to Emanuel specifically!

Anthony has terrible customer service. You shouldn't have someone working the counter that can't represent your company image well

My husband and I come to chipotle atleast once a week or so and I have noticed the same girl working in the window a few times now and she is extremely rude. She bluntly asks what the name on the order is, when we give the name she just walks away.. she returns w the food and I then ask for a salad dressing (bc it's not available to add to the order in the app), AGAIN, she just walks away and ACTS like she didn't hear me. This exact situation has happened twice now, I continue waiting until she notices I didn't leave and comes back to the window. I repeat my request and again she doesn't acknowledge that I've spoken, just walks away.. This girl is made to be kitchen staff, NOT customer service- She's not kind, she's not friendly or even welcoming. Every visit feels like an inconvenience to her. read more

I've had terrible luck the past few weeks with this location. They ALWAYS seem to be out of white rice and/or salad bowls. I've stopped on three separate occasions and they are consistently out of food. What the heck?? I've never had this problem at another other chipotle chain. This south side location is the absolute worst. Not only are they out of certain ingredients, they are also very dirty. There's trash everywhere and it looks very unsanitary. I will not be returning nor do I recommend it. Garbage. read more

Pick up order was set for 8:20. Didn't get my food until 9pm . Girl in assembly line quite literally was looking clueless while the other girl was busting her ass. I cannot believe I even waited. But I paid $30 so I had to. I would rather swallow sawdust. read more

Completely disappointed. The employees definitely should not be closing an hour early! Mind you They only had two choices of meat to pick from when we got there so who knows when they actually ran out and decided to not make more so it would be easier for customers to turn away. They need to understand the area they are in is very busy with gyms open till later. read more

I got really great costumer service when I last came a couple weeks ago my cashier name was yarelin and she was amazing! And help me with my chipotle app read more

This location just opened recently. I was excited to finally have a chipotle near me. I went later in the afternoon to avoid the lunch rush. Huge fail because there was a long line. The line moved fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the food disappointed. The brown rice was out, the pinto beans were scraped from the bottom of the almost empty container, the onion & bell peppers were scraped from the bottom because they were almost gone. The server scraped the little remaining queso from the pan for the customer in front of me. I understand being short staffed. However, there were two young men preparing food standing around, goofing off, not worrying about the food that was running out. There was no visible manager guiding the staff of seemingly young employees. I will give them another try but not anytime soon. I'll give them time to get their act together. read more

They're super clean here. Food is Good & when they make a mistake (which is very rare) they fix it with no issues or questions.

They only serve so little in this place you don't get what you pay for because I got the smallest burrito Bc the workers got lazy and put a little bit of food read more

Brianna was preparing my food and also my cashier. She didn't greet me.. seemed to be annoyed as I was ordering my food. I usually have a good experience at this location but her customer service was terrible. Maybe it was just a bad day but I really didn't appreciate her attitude. Date visited 1/14/23 read more
