Haven't been to chipotle in months. Was in the mood so I went inside for a bowl. Good stuff: portions were larger, staff was attentive and friendly. Negatives: two flavors of soda were out (including the Mr Pibb I really wanted) and the staff said they couldn't change it out. They didn't have any in back. And prices have jumped. Yikes. A little busy on Friday. Store a mess. Chicken was dry and tough. Clearly been sitting there for awhile. Ran out of lemonade at pop machine. Told the cashier they were out thinking they would change the tank. Went back to pop machine still no lemonade after several minutes. Told cashier again. Guy standing next to her says "we dont have any." Well ok, how about a sign? Or maybe just telling me that since I sat almost in front of the cashier instead of making me wait for something that wasn't going to happen. Place an order at the restaurant they promised to have it ready by 7:10 PM 7:15 after a short wait and then I was told that my order is be another 25 minutes I asked for them to cancel my told me they were unable to cancel my order in the after 50 minutes, I was finally able to cancel the order. This location is poorly managed and has awful service. read more

It's been about 2 years since I last went to Chipotle and have been supporting local businesses. I deeply regret my visit again today. Terrible customer service. The people were busy socializing and not making any food. They were out of basic ingredients to make a burrito which is the staple of their restaurant. Avoid this chain at all costs. I should have listened to the other reviews. I was hoping that because the store is new it would be alright however, I was very wrong. I'm surprised the health department hasn't made their way over to check them out yet. The food all looked old and dry- even though I went during lunch hours. It tasted terrible as well. There was something definitely off with the rice or chicken. The only plus is there is a drive thru- however, I would definitely want to see them preparing my food. Got a mobile order so I don't know anything about the actual inside of the restaurant but. Oh my god. That was the BEST. BURRITO. IVE EVER HAD. It was beautiful, literally perfection. If you googled a picture of the perfect burrito, that was it. Stunning. I can't stress this enough I feel like I ate a Van Gogh painting. Love Chipotle generally. However, this location is terrible. It is always dirty, always a line that moves slow, and out of things. Today they were out of salad lettuce, the vinaigrette, and scraping the bottom of the veggie container. It's just a dumpster fire of staff doing not sure what. Most staff act like they don't care and are not efficient. There is one man at this location that is super friendly. If I could give this location negative stars I would. I have nothing good to say about this chipotle location. I have given them a handful of chances and have left disappointed and unsatisfied each time. It should take no less than a few minutes to move an order through your food line as everything is right in front of your face. Not here, expect to be waiting for 15+ minutes. It's literally painful. Workers are slow, rude, disrespectful and incompetent. They can't even greet you with a "hello, what can I get you" so I stood there until the lady said something to me as that is what she is paid to do. For it being so new it is disgusting in the whole restaurant. I work right across the street with and have 30 co workers and several of us have given this place a chance more than once. Online orders are a complete disaster. You select a pickup time, and expect to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for your order to be done. Your lucky if your online order is correct. Parking lot is small. Don't waste your time here and pick anywhere else! I have tried a handful of times now and have left upset each time. If I could give zero stars I would. It started with disgusting bathrooms. Pee all over the toilets, garbages overflowing with trash all over the floor (in both bathrooms). We waited in line for OVER 45 MINUTES - let me explain what happened during that time. They had 2 people working online orders, drive thru & customers in store. The girl working was moving at sloth speed in everything she did. Not only that, but she was rude in her comments about customers (who left) and her eye rolls. They had online orders constantly being printed & continued to fulfill those instead of helping customers in store. We moved 2 feet in 30 minutes with a line from the front to the door (20+ customers). Finally someone behind me said 'you do realize there are people standing here right?' The rude girl worker said 'we HAVE to fulfill online orders first, they already paid'. The only reason the line started moving was because they were closing at 3 & stopped taking online/drive thru orders. The other 2 workers were moving slow in the back & cared more about cleaning up & getting home than stepping up to help get customers through the line. One guy was on his phone and the other was rude as well. To add to that, while we were waiting in line, not one time did the 2 workers give any acknowledgement to the situation. Customer service was nonexistent. A smile & genuine honesty goes a long way, especially in the fast food industry. My advice -- drive 3 more blocks up & try another restaurant or the other chipotle. My first experience with the Chipotle Mexican Grill dates back two decades when the first Chipotle opened in St. Cloud MN. Then I considered the food at best, average and uninspired. After having patronized Chipotle more than a dozen times my opinion has not changed, Today, for the third time I ordered from the Chipotle Mexican Grill I Sartell MN and received cold and uninspired food. I am not interested in Chipotle corporate reaching out to me their standard URL wanting to resolve this issue with their pompous indidifference offering me compensatory silence to remove this review. I literally downloaded yelp just to write this lol. i never learn my lesson and keep giving it a shot but it's worse every time. line is always unbelievably slow but they ration the HELL out of you on everything. give you like half the rice and double protein ends up being like normal at any other location. like cmon man I love chipotle but food is way too expensive for this shit These days. Absolutely horrible. I've tried to give this new location a couple chances. We've ordered to be delivered and went to the location. Not once has my order been correct. In person, we placed ordered ahead of time. We went there at the pick up time, the rude girl made us continue to circle their drive through for 45mins! The employees are so rude and absolutely disrespectful. It's really unfortunate they continue to keep these employees, employed. 'It's hard to get good employees right now.' They are ruining your business and could care less. They have zero work ethic or care in what they put out. I received a chicken bowl today with a small spoon full of rice, maybe 5 pieces of chicken and drowning in sour cream. It was missing the fajita veggies and the Corn salsa. I couldn't even eat it. The guacamole cup was not even half full. I called the restaurant and it forwarded to their online site. I couldn't go back to the restaurant to get a new bowl or a full guacamole. This 'meal' I couldn't even eat cost 17$! I haven't heard one good thing about this restaurant. Do not throw your money away here. They don't deserve your time or money. I would actually rate this a negative 5. The owner should be ashamed of how they are letting their restaurant be ran. read more

The restaurant was dirty, doors covered with smeared finger prints, food and napkins on the floor, tables not clean anywhere. They were understaffed. The beginning of the line person walked away for a break in front of us. Product in all the containers low, no brown rice, the chips dripped with frying grease. They did give us another but not much improvement. This is our third trip to this new store and continues to get worse. Never again. I know good help is hard to find and train. read more
