I am going to give a 4 stars and not 5 because this location when it comes to portion and service sometimes it not consistent, it really depends on who you get to serve you to determine the portion size. One thing I can tell you is that I always get double everything and pay the extra, why? Because if you don't you won't get your moneys worth and you will end up crying and whining like many of the reviewer on here and other location, you have to pay up. The food is good and fresh, however this last time the honey chicken was so spicy I am not sure if they just did the sauce wrong or someone did it different. However I always liked chipotle and their food are good, this location is no different than other, really depends on the worker. We made a stop at this place to grab some quick dinner, it is located just of the main area and has plenty of parking lot. We ordered a veggie burrito bowl for the family. The team was able to cater to the order fast and fewer lines when we visited. However, they ran out of guacamole. The interior is maintained well. Then sole.of the sauces and cutlery was missing. The last two times I ordered, they gave no fajita veggies in violation of the order. There is no alternative to this, no warning that they are out, no order cancellation for inability to fill the order properly, just giving a partial order, charging full price, and letting you find out later. I use this place only when in a bind with insufficient time and energy to make dinner, because the ingredients are still Chipotle's, and decent, but the service and availability of items to make the order correctly are suffering profoundly, and the company needs to exercise oversight. Tonight not only was my order 20 minutes late (when I arrived at 9:24 pm for my 9:20 order, they said they were "working on it" but it would be 5-10 minutes. At 9:37, I parked my car in the "Chipotlane" and walked inside. I stood there while someone appeared to complete the order. It was given to me finally at 9:40 pm. When I finally arrived at work 10 minutes late because of Chipotle's incompetence, I opened it up to find both that the food was cold (so it must have been sitting around at least 20 minutes prior to my pickup), but it was wholly the wrong order. I can recognize tacos (but they contain beef, which I don't eat). I can't recognize this other greasy, cheese-thing. A burrito, maybe? I don't know. Regardless, all of it is cold and probably unsafe to consume even if I wanted to. This place has gone from good (if challenged), to uneven, to bad, to now literal trash, because this will have to be thrown away. I require a refund. I recommend people who like good food and competent service to try elsewhere, and if you feel you must go to this Chipotle, do NOT order online. Go in person to ensure they have what you're ordering, it's being heated appropriately, and it's being served fresh. Unfortunately, some of us simply don't have the time. The food is a hit and miss also when I come Here I try my best to it look in the kitchen. It's ALWAYS dirty. One time I saw the spoon that you use to stir the pot on the floor, and it was dirty. I went there on Friday Feb 2, 2024 at 5 pm. And wanted to walk in and order. My wife doesn't eat meat so she loves to make a burrito there with the fajita veggies (onions and peppers). After waiting in a line of about 6 people for 30 minutes, only one person making meals, one at a time, the kitchen looked like mine after thanksgiving dinner, pots and pans everywhere, I was told they had no fajita veggies and weren't making any. So I left. The place was a mess and very disfunctional. You can see that the new stores are geared towards the pre-orders. They have a separate line to make those meals and most of the fresh prepped food goes there first. I am hopeful that after some seasoning at the job this place will get better. I don't know about the other reviews here, but I arrived at the location at the exact designated time for my order and only had to wait another two minutes before I got my order. They took it upon themselves to not give me my ordered guacamole because it looked brown and not fresh, and I'm thankful for that! Instead of giving me mediocre food, they instead offered to replace it with a large queso on the house. Reasonably priced, great customization, and very nice customer service. We placed an order & paid online tonight at 5:15- it said it would be ready at 5:30- I thought this was super fast and waited another 15 minutes to go to pick it up. My adult daughter went in at 5:45 it was not ready. I was unable to go in as well. At 6:15 she said they need our order -. I said it should be in their info but copied & pasted it to her anyway. At 6:45pm she comes out we go home and order was no where near correct even with my copying and pasting it and her showing it to them. Absolute garbage fire. Don't get me wrong, the food is fine - typical chipotle. I place a pickup order and arrived right when Grubhub told me it might be available. I then had to wait 30 minutes to get my food along with about 10 other people at a time. During that time I saw maybe 6 sandwiches get made. The only reason I was able to get my food in the first place is because when I talked to someone about it I learned I had to talk to the register so they could make my online order. Nobody at the store was taking ownership of the situation and nobody really seemed to know what they were doing. To top that off, my order was wrong. Absolute joke. Line inside was out the door. Every parking spot was taken. Drive Thru for digital orders wrapped around the building. I put an order in through Uber and I waited for 20 minutes in the line. It wasn't moving, so I left. I would suggest waiting a month before going here. This was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. I will most likely never return here. I ordered online twenty minutes before the desired pick up time and was not notified till getting there that it was an hour wait. Yet, the line inside and the drive thru was running smoothly. Four other people around me told me they placed an order for 2 o'clock and it was 4 o'clock the time I was there. They still didn't have their food. Personally, I feel that this is a reflection of the company and management as a whole. There was no sense of urgency to help quicken the online orders. Additionally, the manager told me he had no idea how I'd be able to get a refund but assumed I'd get one when I could cancel online. Which was an okay process.
