I absolutely love Chipotle. it is amazing. I am constantly craving it. including today, but before I get to my complaint let me set the scene for you all who care to read this... it's a friday morning; me, being in highschool, have started my day off with a singular protein bar for breakfast with a side of two tests that I did not study for my first two periods of the day. Ok already off to a bad start. Then we get to lunch; I woke up late this day so I had no time to pack a lunch therefore I was left with soggy fries as my one and only source of nutrients for the next 4 hours of my school day. In this lunch period, I also happen to get my period. Great. So now I am hungry, irritated, and cramping. I somehow make it through the rest of the day just to be left with an hour and a half bus ride where I preceded to become car sick the entire ride. Wonderful. Imagine my immense joy when I find out that me, my hungry, tired, cramping, feeling musty, miserable self, Is getting chipotle for dinner that night. There must be a God. I place my bowl. The one I always get that hits amazingly along side some overpriced chipotle chips. I get my order from the chipotle lane and 1st strike was the skimpiness on the chips. Ok whatever it's fine, they always are. I drive the 20 minutes back home incredibly excited for a night of chipotle paired with Gilmore girls. Come to find out MY BOWL out of 3 bowls placed for my family was the only one wrong. And by wrong I don't just mean, they forgot sour cream or tomato salsa, although tha would be disappointing as well it would be forgivable. This, however, was not. Because not only was MY night ruined so was the woman Who's bowl I got instead of mine. I'm sorry Gwen. I really don't enjoy your bowl but I'm eating it in honor of you. I am going to give a 4 stars and not 5 because this location when it comes to portion and service sometimes it not consistent, it really depends on who you get to serve you to determine the portion size. One thing I can tell you is that I always get double everything and pay the extra, why? Because if you don't you won't get your moneys worth and you will end up crying and whining like many of the reviewer on here and other location, you have to pay up. The food is good and fresh, however this last time the honey chicken was so spicy I am not sure if they just did the sauce wrong or someone did it different. However I always liked chipotle and their food are good, this location is no different than other, really depends on the worker. We made a stop at this place to grab some quick dinner, it is located just of the main area and has plenty of parking lot. We ordered a veggie burrito bowl for the family. The team was able to cater to the order fast and fewer lines when we visited. However, they ran out of guacamole. The interior is maintained well. Then sole.of the sauces and cutlery was missing. The last two times I ordered, they gave no fajita veggies in violation of the order. There is no alternative to this, no warning that they are out, no order cancellation for inability to fill the order properly, just giving a partial order, charging full price, and letting you find out later. I use this place only when in a bind with insufficient time and energy to make dinner, because the ingredients are still Chipotle's, and decent, but the service and availability of items to make the order correctly are suffering profoundly, and the company needs to exercise oversight. Tonight not only was my order 20 minutes late (when I arrived at 9:24 pm for my 9:20 order, they said they were "working on it" but it would be 5-10 minutes. At 9:37, I parked my car in the "Chipotlane" and walked inside. I stood there while someone appeared to complete the order. It was given to me finally at 9:40 pm. When I finally arrived at work 10 minutes late because of Chipotle's incompetence, I opened it up to find both that the food was cold (so it must have been sitting around at least 20 minutes prior to my pickup), but it was wholly the wrong order. I can recognize tacos (but they contain beef, which I don't eat). I can't recognize this other greasy, cheese-thing. A burrito, maybe? I don't know. Regardless, all of it is cold and probably unsafe to consume even if I wanted to. This place has gone from good (if challenged), to uneven, to bad, to now literal trash, because this will have to be thrown away. I require a refund. I recommend people who like good food and competent service to try elsewhere, and if you feel you must go to this Chipotle, do NOT order online. Go in person to ensure they have what you're ordering, it's being heated appropriately, and it's being served fresh. Unfortunately, some of us simply don't have the time. The food is a hit and miss also when I come Here I try my best to it look in the kitchen. It's ALWAYS dirty. One time I saw the spoon that you use to stir the pot on the floor, and it was dirty. I went there on Friday Feb 2, 2024 at 5 pm. And wanted to walk in and order. My wife doesn't eat meat so she loves to make a burrito there with the fajita veggies (onions and peppers). After waiting in a line of about 6 people for 30 minutes, only one person making meals, one at a time, the kitchen looked like mine after thanksgiving dinner, pots and pans everywhere, I was told they had no fajita veggies and weren't making any. So I left. The place was a mess and very disfunctional. You can see that the new stores are geared towards the pre-orders. They have a separate line to make those meals and most of the fresh prepped food goes there first. I am hopeful that after some seasoning at the job this place will get better. I don't know about the other reviews here, but I arrived at the location at the exact designated time for my order and only had to wait another two minutes before I got my order. They took it upon themselves to not give me my ordered guacamole because it looked brown and not fresh, and I'm thankful for that! Instead of giving me mediocre food, they instead offered to replace it with a large queso on the house. Reasonably priced, great customization, and very nice customer service. We placed an order & paid online tonight at 5:15- it said it would be ready at 5:30- I thought this was super fast and waited another 15 minutes to go to pick it up. My adult daughter went in at 5:45 it was not ready. I was unable to go in as well. At 6:15 she said they need our order -. I said it should be in their info but copied & pasted it to her anyway. Absolute garbage fire. Don't get me wrong, the food is fine - typical chipotle. I place a pickup order and arrived right when Grubhub told me it might be available. I then had to wait 30 minutes to get my food along with about 10 other people at a time. During that time I saw maybe 6 sandwiches get made. The only reason I was able to get my food in the first place is because when I talked to someone about it I learned I had to talk to the register so they could make my online order. Nobody at the store was taking ownership of the situation and nobody really seemed to know what they were doing. To top that off, my order was wrong. This was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. I will most likely never return here. I ordered online twenty minutes before the desired pick up time and was not notified till getting there that it was an hour wait. Yet, the line inside and the drive thru was running smoothly. Four other people around me told me they placed an order for 2 o'clock and it was 4 o'clock the time I was there. They still didn't have their food. Personally, I feel that this is a reflection of the company and management as a whole. There was no sense of urgency to help quicken the online orders. Additionally, the manager told me he had no idea how I'd be able to get a refund but assumed I'd get one when I could cancel online. Which was an okay process.
