Paid for but didn't get the double meat on the burrito. When I called customer service they said sorry, here is a BOGO meal for next time. I wanted a refund and the chat was ended. I tried calling the restaurant and there is no option to talk to customer service there. I even asked the boy working if he out the meat on the child's meal and he said yes. Well he didn't. Both resulting in a substandard CX I am a senior (almost 70 years old) and as with humans of my age, I do not consume large quantities of food at each meal. Filiberto's, across the street from this Chipotle, and Taco Bell, a little further down the street from this Chipotle, offer lots of food just like this Chipotle. However, Filiberto's and Taco Bell both allow the customer to order as much or as little food as they desire . . . they leave the decision up to the customer, not to the Chipotle employee. Competitors of this Chipotle franchisee take the position "the customer is right (not the employee is right)". Chipotle, known for their oversize burritos justifies their menu prices by creating huge serving sizes. While this makes their price-per-pound competitive, many people, especially customers in their 60s, 70s, 80s, etc. simply are not capable of consuming such large quantities. But, given the fact Chipotle arguably offers higher quality than Filiberto's and / or Taco Bell, I often opt for Chipotle. While this results in a higher revenue amount per transaction when it comes to profits for this Chipotle franchisee, it means lots of wasted food for customers and society in general. As we all know, The United States throws away more food than any other society in the world. This Chipotle franchisee epitomizes that fact. This Chipotle franchisee's business model of keeping cost-per-pound sold per customer competitive works for their corporate (revenue) side, but fails society and customers otherwise. Today I went in to purchase a Chipotle burrito, quite frankly because I wanted a Chipotle tasting burrito. I can never consume it all, but . . . well . . . I was indeed in the mood for a Chipotle, not a Filiberto's or Taco Bell burrito. I actually never purchase sides because of the above (the burrito alone is more than enough food for me), usually just purchasing a burrito alone. I just cannot handle the volume. However, I had a yearn for some chips on the side. I asked for the small bag just so I could have a handful of chips to go along with my burrito. I was told by the Chipotle employee "those are for kids" and they did not 'allow' me to purchase the small bag. I had to purchase the large size if I wanted any chips at all. Yes, I enjoyed a handful of Chipotle chips to accompany my Chipotle burrito, but ended up throwing well over ¾ of the contents of the bag into the trash. Again, your cost-per-pound is competitive when you purchase from this Chipotle franchisee, but your cost overall is excessive when compared to their competition since you end up throwing a lot of it away. Combined, with rigid rules such as only kids can purchase the small bag of chips, denying adults from consuming these small bags results in a poor CX compared to those competitors mentioned above. I would stay away from supporting Chipotle in general and stay away from this particular franchisee for their rigid rule enforcement. Quite frankly, I do not believe this franchisee's rule that adults are not allowed to purchase a small bag of chips is really even a published rule. In any case, it's just not worth the poor CX and waste. Revenue per customer would be important to me if I were an owner, but as a customer I do not see the value. read more

It's so awesome to have a Chipotle conveniently right in our neck of the woods in Vistancia! They definitely are busier at prime times like lunch and dinner it seems and you can see the line extend as they scramble to get the food orders together both offline/in-person and online. They are definitely doing their best, juggling all the tasks, getting food out in a timely manner, keeping the food hot and ready to serve as you order while constantly refilling while staying so friendly through it all. I'm grateful this location is right here and I choose to remain patient as they work out getting adjusted to opening not too long ago. The other reviewers said the scoops of meat were on the slimmer side and I don't disagree but it was filling enough with the veggies, beans and rice that I wasn't too disappointed (I know we could order extra meat for a nominal fee). Overall, with the super nice staff and good food, we are satisfied enough. We will try to come at non-prime hours though to make it easier. read more

This location is honestly awful. They consistently give less than full portions of toppings and I have been given fully brown guacamole on multiple occasions. One time I ordered a kid's quesadilla and there was no cheese on it... it was literally just a plain tortilla. The bags almost always tear open on the drive home but today the employee handed me the bag already torn open. It leaked on our clothes in the car, this is not okay. *update- 26 days laters and no follow up from the direct location or Chipotle direct. I did a complaint with both* Chicken was so dry, overcooked and cold. Placed order on the chipotle app and picked up within minutes of the time of pickup time. Burrito was cold- and so burnt that I couldn't eat it. I ordered a carnitas bowl with extra rice , no beans, add fajita vegetables and corn salsa. I got a chicken bowl with beans, lettuce and fajita vegetables. No rice, no corn salsa and no carnitas. It was so disappointing. I didn't realize until I got home and could t reach anyone to tell them so I could get a new meal so I had to use their chat system . They refunded me and added a meal onto my app but I noticed that they double charged me and only gave me one credit. Can't talk to an actual human to get this straightened out. I have hesitated writing a review because I don't really think fast food should be held to super high standards since most people eat it out of convenience, and this location is definitely convenient in our large master- planned community with limited food options. HOWEVER, this location is CONSISTENTLY terrible!!!! Initially we gave them a pass as they were new and sometimes it takes awhile to work the kinks out, but at this point there is no excuse. Online orders are often wrong. The chips are rarely cooked right; they are either undercooked or overcooked, the meat is usually dry and awful, the guac - which is extra - is usually old and brown, and the portions are usually small. I know in general chipotle has gone down hill in recent years, but this location is far worse than any other location. Such a disappointment considering this community really wanted and needed another food option for families but sadly this is just a waste of money for overpriced poor quality food!!! read more

Last night for example- we placed a mobile order for a specific time: a bowl with double meat and chips/queso. We got home and there was barely any chicken. Went mid-day, around 2. The containers with the hot stuff and cold were very messy and a lot were near empty. Stuff dripped all over. A lot of workers so someone could have been on top of the cleanup after the lunch rush. Nothing extra fabulous at this location, we went on a Thursday early release day and they were out of carnitas, every lemonade was out and trash was all over the soda area, more checking of this area by staff would be helpful. My $18 burrito was nothing special, but the patio and drive thru at this location make it better than the four corners chipotle. I think they are still trying to iron out the issues being a new location so hopefully it will improve with time and more training. The meats could be considerably warmer in my opinion as well.
