The balance, flavor and warmth was perfect. The enchiladas verde hit the spot but it admittedly was fairly two dimensional in flavors. The tortilla seemed a bit low quality (rubbery) and, as lamented by others, sadly served with red beans instead of black. I don't know how these servers make it all the way down a narrow spiral staircase with hot plates of food. You can order via the machine, so if your French is not awesome (or non-existent like mine), you don't have to worry. They do announce the order numbers in French, but will fall back to English if they get no takers and have confused people grouped around the pick up counter.
